Question How important is a website

... for an escort? I've seen some message boards and things that only verify you if you have reviews or a website, and also I've heard that clients will worry you're LE if you just appear out of nowhere with a new ad. But I also want to get into the business fast as I'm trying to move house and I want to kinda, hit the ground running. Do you think it's enough to get appointments, if you put up ads in various places and then participate on the hobbyist messages boards like BestGFE etc? I was looking through ads on Eros and it seems like some of the girls just post some pics, a bit about themselves, their rates, and an email address. Would you ladies think this would be enough to start out, and then presumably anyone who emails, you'd reply with a request for their info for screening? I don't want to put my escort phone number on my ads because I'd rather work through email. I want to market myself as being mid/high-range and I'm just worried that won't come off so well without a fancy website or whatever.

Also, will other providers be willing to speak to a new escort in order to check references etc? Or are they wary of you being LE in the same way that the guys are?

    Thanks so much

Yes, having a website matters, even if it's cheap or free. You are in total control of the content and clients get a feel for who you are and it establishes a web presence for you, outside of your ads.

Some websites (like TER) require a website and a linkback in order to post ads.

Get a website, even if it's a free www.escortsite.com one. Many will say not to, blah blah blah.... but a whole shitload of extremely successful escorts use escortsite. If you pay a bit extra (the basic account is free), you can get more website features and better designs.

You can get a super-custom prettified website later.

If you have a website (web presence) and advertisements up in several places other escorts are more likely to share references. Being reviewed also helps.

I was working for a short time without a website. I had an ad posted on Eros and that was it. I still got business, but I'm sure I would have had more with a website. I'm still saving up to have my site professionally done, but in the meantime I'm now using Wordpress with a nice theme.

When I started back up I took down my website and all my ads I had before I had to start back from scratch , I had only ads running and posting on the local boards I knew would bring in business, it jumped started me to raise enough money for my website.

the website helps because it expands your client base away from those local boards. and it will also help increase business as when times can be slow for others. it's funny how some girls will say it is slow for escorting when you yourself might have 1 or 3 clients booked or seen the same time they say its slow.

Its good to have... Personally, for referrals, when Im doing my research on whether or not Ill accept a girls vouch, I consider having reviews and a website part of being an established provider.

Also, I can say that it is true, when everyone is complaining about how slow it is, Im stil getting my trickle of business through my website. And I keep it updates all the time, guys do read it, plus I think it puts your business on a different level and sets you in a different class than someone who just posts ads....I think it affects the type of guys who give you business.

It doesnt have to be an incredible fancy site either, freeescortsites.com is a good suggestion...
