I was wondering if there is a list somewhere of the requirements of different states (USA) in order to strip?

Exotic dancer licenses are generally regulated by city ordinance. You need to check with the county clerk of the city you are looking to dance in. You can ask the local police department too, sometimes clubs won't tell you at your audition that a license is required, I've had that happen.
Of course there are state laws governing nudity, obscenity, lewd conduct, and prostitution that can be researched using Google. The state website should have a compiled law database and penal code that you can search by keyword. Call the state capitol if you cannot find these records online.
I hope this helps.

If you are willing to do for one year what other's won't, you can spend a lifetime doing what other's cant.

It would be a good idea, though, to make a list of which cities require licenses.
Here are the ones I know that do
Scottsdale, AZ
Phoenix, AZ
Seattle, WA
Lake City, WA
Las Vegas, NV
I know there are more, but I don't know them off the top of my head. Are you looking at a particular club or area?

^^^ in the most basic sense, the US Patriot Act requires that every dancer in a US club have the legal right to work there. This means being a US citizen, a registered permanent resident non-citizen ( i.e. 'green card' ), or being granted a US work visa specifically for exotic dancing issued by the US State Dep't ( which is virtually impossible today ). By the same US Patriot Act, dancers are required to submit two forms of 'official' ID ... typically a driver's license granted by a US state plus a second form of 'photo' ID. The IRS also requires that the dancer submit a social security number or business tax ID number.
Beyond that an increasing number of cities / counties have enacted local laws requiring dancers to obtain a license. To the above list you can add Atlanta GA and most large cities in TX. Applying for a dancer's license involves a criminal record background check as well as an identity 'verification' procedure against a gov't database ( usually e-verify ). The issuance of a dancer's license becomes a matter of 'public record' ... that is essentially accessible by anybody who chooses to ask.

Yeah, I forgot Dallas, TX does, but Euless/Fort Worth doesn't.
And Atlanta, GA.
