In reviewing the website I saw this at the bottom...
"The operator of this website is not a lender and does not make cash advances or credit decisions. *Not all lenders can provide up to $1,000. This site will match you with a cash advance lender based on your application. "
Then this under Terms.......
"Fees for Christmas cash loans vary by the loan amount and the length of the borrowing terms. After completing and submitting your application and receiving confirmation of your Christmas cash advance approval, a lender will present your loan offer with a thorough explanation of all fees associated with your loan.
Carefully review the cash amount, terms, and rates you've been approved for. When you've thoroughly read and understand the terms of your Christmas payday loan, accept and e-sign the loan agreement to receive your wired cash.
Due to factors that can change the individual terms of your personal Christmas cash advance, we cannot present loan terms until we receive your application. State laws and individual lenders are influencing factors on the terms of your loan. You can typically expect fees between $15 - $30 per $100 cash loan. Your annual percentage rate will change depending on the service fee and the length of your payment plan. Christmas cash advances can cost you less than not having the cash you need on hand and are easily managed responsibly for short-term holiday expenses."
So basically there is no way to know who is getting your information or the terms until AFTER you apply.
I would strongly discourage you from using this website. It is extremely vague which is always a HUGE red flag.

What is your credit like and what is your dire situation? Maybe could give you some other safer options.

my credit is shit, i defaulted on my chapter 13 a year ago.
i recently started working on streamate a cam site but they have a 3 week holdback on checks, so i wont see my first one till the end of the month. i make money, i just dont have access to any of it right now.
my dire situation is having to choose between buying dog food or gas for my car...obviously dog food came first. its embaressing really i quit stripping a year ago, and im just now starting to see what being poor is all about since ive had a couple bumps in the road recently. its hard. plus my bf lost his job at the beginning of the month so that doesnt help either, this holiday shit is making me want to blow my brains out from all the stress, i just wish streamate didnt do a holdback on the checks for so long once you start.

Crispy- You don't have to wait 3 weeks if you email Vanessa at SM. She can make it so you can get your check with a one week hold. PM me if you want her email.
Also, have you thought about getting on Daily Pay? Even if you want to stay on SM without it, why don't you sign up for Adultwork through Daily Pay. This way you can get something while you wait for your big SM check. Even if it is only $20 a day---it is something.

yeah daily pay would be a good move for you at this point it seems.
theres a daily pay for sm? i wasnt aware. id deff like the contact info. i dont want to work adult work becuase as computer savvy as i am with websites i tried to get on there a while back and i cannot navigate that mess of a website. it was confusing and i never did figure it out.

there is info about dp. post something in that thread so pj can expedite your application. if you sign up tomorrow it takes sm a couple of days to process your application but you should be good to go by next monday which means you could have money on your payoneer card by next tuesday.

circling back to the original topic for the benefit of other readers, 'payday loan' outfits and other 'short term cash' lenders seek to earn maximum legally allowed profits by lending to desparate borrowers. This often takes the form of a 'double whammy' ... as in this case a 'loan origination' fee being charged on top of the maximum interest rate allowed by the particular state.
