    Default Psoriasis

I have always had it on one of my elbows but the past 2 years it has been spreading like crazy. I have little patches all over my arms, back, ass, thighs and even on my face. They are small patches but in the right light/angle on cam you can see them well especially on my arms. It never bothered me but I feel like it is getting out of control. I even have people who come into my chat room and think I shoot up in my arm cause I have some patches in that area Any one else have psoriasis or know of anything that could help? I feel like I have tried soooo much uuughhhh

I have it and during winter or stress it flares bad. I've been using udder cream and it seems to be helping.

Mine too...winter and stress make it worse. I have a humidifier and I am trying to consistently keep it filled with water and I actually just got some udder cream the other day so I will try that too. It's hard not to be stressed because just having it makes me stressed and that makes it worse blaahh

Absolutely no gluten & no dairy. Low on acid-forming foods. If other people in your family have it, its genetic & likely a mutation on HLA-B27.

I have done a TON of research and yes the no dairy thing I try to follow that I do have to try harder though. I know it flares up when I drink milk No one else in my family has it...I am just the odd ball with the med probs lol I try to do all organic fruits and veggies that is suppose to help a lot but if I don't do it all and stick to it that's where I have the problems. It's like an all or nothing thing and it's hard not to ever have dairy, etc. I need to get on it though I know I do! That is going to be my new years resolution.

Before I was diagnosed with Eczema, I thought I had Psoriasis. I did a ton of research and bought this awesome cream. Dermarest. They have it for both Psoriasis and Eczema so that worked out for me. I have eczema on my scalp, eyelids, ears and elbows, and the cream makes the patches dissapear. Seriously, this stuff was a freaking miracle for me. You can buy it in any drug store.

I don't think I have tried that. Does it work for your scalp? I have it on my scalp too. and eyelids. You'd think by now they would have a cure for it ugh. I will definitely be trying that! Thanks!
