    Thumbs down Electrolysis on pubes

So I almost fell down in the shower and got a crick in my neck Has anyone had permanent laser/electrolysis on their pubes? How much did it cost/pain/worth it?

I have a spotless bikini line through electrolysis. The method is time-tested and permanent. Never wax again. One hears lasers aren't entirely permanent and who wants radiation pointed at their ladybits? This isn't Goldfinger.

Cost about $1000 & took about a year -- did it when I could schedule. I have a really great person in NYC who rocks.

I've done several sessions and I still have strays ): The best candidate are those with fair skin and dark hair which isnt me.

Wow 200 for 6 is an amazing deal I paid 1500 for 6! I'm getting mine at my plastic surgery place so that's probably why they overcharge.

I've seen groupons for places with great reviews, but usually the groupons are for ones with horrid reviews.

I really like lasering. I haven't had any fine hairs pop up at all, but I did find it took a lot of treatments (3) to get every nook and cranny down there.

The only thing I'm really unhappy with about lasering is that I grow fine hair on the inside part of my outer lips, but it's always folded over and they're so fine I hadn't noticed until they got quite long (ew TMI, sorry). I'm going in for a touch-up next month and I'll have them zapped then, but do make sure when you go it that you're getting ALL of it. I think I didn't know they were there because when I shave the razor just gets all of them and I didn't realize I would have to spread/manipulate my vulva to get all of them treated.

But electrolysis is very different from laser, no? Does anyone have info they can share on their experience with electrolysis? I have dark hair and dark skin so I'm not really a good candidate for laser.

Electrolysis was very effective for me. (see above reply post) Very permanent. Pain on par with plucking or waxing. In grown issues just take TendSkin to resolve. Coupla ibuprofen before, do try never do it during PMS (though I have) . Never worry again. I recommend it highly. I've done my brows, underarms, legs and full bikini.

A good friend of mine had laser. She is really happy with it. She said the painful on her first visit, then got used to it.

I've had electrolysis on my upper lip. It wasn't permanent and it didn't feel great. I don't think I would be able to handle that on my bits.
