Default MBOT (mitchell brothers O'Farrell San Francisco)

Does anybody know if this club hands out 1099's ? I would like to be a teacher or physical therapist and do not want anything in my records (I pay my taxes, just dont put dancer )

Also, all comments aside about the reputation of this club/theatre, but just HOW difficult is it to get hired? I am an asian looking, 5'1'', latina/white/pacific petite mixed spinner, 100 pounds, natural D's...on the night shift in vegas at all but rhino (2:30)
I heard they "interview" you...is there anything I can say to maximize my chances? I have worked in SF and understand what this club entails...

It's essentially a high priced brothel.
"In 2004, two similar San Francisco clubs (the New Century Theater and the Market Street Cinema) were visited by undercover police officers, and some dancers allegedly propositioned them. The dancers were cited for prostitution and the managers for operating a brothel. The assistant manager at the Market Street Cinema told the police to investigate the Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theatre.[8] All charges were later dropped; these days, the authorities seem not to mind what transpires between the customers and dancers as long as it remains discreet.[1]"

"It may not be kosher to say so, but Mitchell Bros is not really a strip club at all; it's a brothel."

I'm so intrigued by MBOT. I kind of want to go there just as a customer but I'm scared!

I use to live in SF and yes, MBOT is quite the place. I did a contest/audition there back in 1984. I won the contest and was offered a job immediately by one of the original Mitchell bros. Though I can't remember if it was Arty or Jimmy. I was too intimidated and scared to work there. I thanked them for the offer and said I would call them. I never did.

However, years later, I did visit w/ a bf. We didn't have sex, but we did watch a toy show and did some light participation. Our chosen dancer was the most beautiful (imo) there that night and actually one of the most attractive I've seen anywhere. She was very easy going and low pressure.

Btw, I'm new and haven't posted much, so just wanted to let you know, I'm not a troll. Just an old stripper who still works, lol.

Ooh I'll have to watch that movie! Thanks!

I just moved to Sf last month and I'm not currently dancing. But I'm super fascinated by the history of MBOT. I might drag my bf there...

    Bringonthemen,

I am currently stuck in Arizona for school, but would love to dance in SF next summer at MBOT. I'm SF born and raised, but left before high school so I dont know many people there, which is a plus for being anonymous. However, I can't risk having ANY paper trail, Especially of MBOT, given it's reputation, since I am in school for physical therapy and am persuing a specialization in children atheletes (rehabilitation..) ----hence the need to make sure that MBOT doesn't say MBOT, but rather something more "tame"

    : )

Thanks so much! You are a dear. If you have any questions about clubs in the southwest, let me know! : )

Also, Are there ANY clubs in SF that dont w-2/1099 you? Maybe New Century Theatre or MSC? How are those clubs in terms of money making? I can't risk 1099 history from hustler, gold club, etc... : /

Wait, so, when they give the 1099 to fill out (i do remember filling out the same for Hustler, gold, etc.) I should have put "shotgirl/waitress/etc" instead of dancer? Of course the housemom who goes over your filled applications wont check to see you wrote "dancer" or not, and I wrote dancer on my 1099...do you know if this now means that on my employment history I will have a 1099 from Hustler as "dancer"?

It was like "oh yeah, I think me and my friend are going to take our first trip to Vegas next year" "oh I'm going to Vegas next week, you should come, me and my buddies always get bottles when we go." lol.

ps you also work in SF? where? You don't have to answer if you don't want to lol, I'm just curious about how the other clubs are doing
i'm at cheetah's (formerly kit kat) in sunnyvale. good days, bad days...holidays are weird and i've only been there three months. i had taken a year and a half off but before that i was at a shitty bikini bar.

    current stats for me:
$650 is banking these days, $300 is a solid shift, $150 meh. i love working here though because there's no house fee and dances start at $45 for one, no contact, good girls to work with.

yeah, we've got a lot of girls trying to get on schedule and a new manager... same owner though. i've known him for a long time and we're cool so if you ever wanna try out PM me and i'll introduce to you him through me so you have a better chance of getting hired. they can be picky and they definitely like when someone can vouche for you as there is no drama at this club and everyone gets along... another great reason to work here. ^_^
