    Default Boobies!

Ladies, I'm thinking about taking the plunge.....and getting new tits!

Right now, I'm a 100% natural 32C. I'm only 5'1 and 100 lbs, so I feel like they fit my frame fairly well. Here's the problem...

I nursed my daughter and she preferred one side over the other. *I* notice a difference in size and shape between the two breasts, but no one else seems to. I get compliments all the time. My problem is with my right breast.

I've lost volume, size and shape, plus I have stretchmarks...just on the one freaking side! The bottom of it is the worst; I have deep, dark, claw mark looking fuckin stretchmarks right in the crease, plus I seem to have a large piece of tissue missing, which gives it an odd shape.

I'm thinking about going up a half or whole cup size, just to increase symmetry and "fill in" the lost volume.

I do NOT want to make the stretchmarks worse or more apparent.

I do NOT want to look incredibly top heavy.

I DO want to keep a natural slope.

From my own research, it seems that a saline implant under the muscle would be my best bet. I feel like that would give me the most natural appearance. I'm concerned about some of the problems I've seen with girls who have implants....one dancer at my club had beautiful tits last year, but now one of them looks half empty and misshapen, which is obviously from a leak. That's a huge concern of mine. Should I be overly concerned about leakage? Is it possible to prevent a leak at all, or is it something I should just expect down the road?

One girl looked like she had an implant on top of an implant! It was weird. Is that from not placing the implant under the muscle?

How do men in the club react to them? Have you ever lost sales because men didn't like the implants?

If something goes wrong with the implants and they need to be modified or removed, what are the chances of my surgeon replacing them for free?

I know hardening is a common side effect, but how typical is it and can it be prevented?

Has anyone experienced numbness of the nipples?

I want to make a secure, sound investment; I don't want a cheap job. So what is a typical, reasonable price range? And I understand it varies by the area, so what can be expected in busy places like FL?

Any additional info would be lovely.

I am man and I love women, and everything about them. I love and respect their form, shape and smooth skin. I am not a monger trying to screw every woman I see on the street or in the club. I do love to talk to them, and enjoy a lap dance now and again. What I enjoy the most is natural beauty, and that comes in all shapes and sizes.
You say you are 5-1, 100# and a 32c OMG,OMG could you be any more perfect. A 32c on your frame is already bigger that what you would expect on a fit girl at 100#
I know I don’t speak for everyone, but I would rather admire a natural 32 anything than a 32 boob job. But to each his own. I’m not a big fan of tattoos either even though it’s “An expression at the moment that’s lasts a lifetime”.

But you already knew all this

I was in the same situation as you, I lost volume, size and shape when I had my son, nursed him, and then quickly lost about 50 pounds. They weren't saggy really, I didn't need a lift, but they were just kind of... empty.

Under the muscle supposedly gives the most natural results. It has a longer healing time, however. Any asymmetry can be fixed with different implant sizes. Saline is best for these slight differences because the doc can fill the bag differently for each one.

I wouldn't be too worried about stretch marks, unless you get a really big implant, your skin has already been stretched due to baby weight, milk coming in, ect. I went from a B to a DD and don't have any stretch marks, except for the really tiny light ones I had from puberty. The stretch marks actually look better now, because they are "filled in" and aren't groves in the skin anymore.

My doctor told me that in order to "fill up" the area where I had lost volume, I needed a pretty big implant. I have 525cc, but he told me a minimum of 400cc. I am way bigger than you are, I am 5'9 and 140 pounds. You could easily get a smaller implant. The bright side of this is that because your breasts have already been stretched, your implants will look really natural. My doctor said because of my "empty space," I was an ideal candidate for a natural look. Mine look almost too natural, in my opinion LOL.

Girls at strip clubs have a bad rep for ugly tit jobs because of several things (IMO). They either go to a shitty doctor to save money, don't take enough time off from work, try to do crazy pole tricks right away, or just simply don't take care of their implants due to irresponsibility and stupidity (I think we can all attest to the fact that we have worked with some pretty dumb and irresponsible girls over the years).

I don't know much about saline, but if you do have a rupture, you can get the implants replaced for very cheap or even free because the implant company offers a warranty. Obviously, stabbing sharp objects into your breasts can cause a rupture, but no "normal" activities are going to hurt you.

The "hardening" that you're referring to just happens to some people when their body heals. Its basically scar tissue that forms a capsule around the implant. They say that getting under the muscle and silicone implants helps a tiny bit. And massaging the implants daily to break up the scar tissue before it forms is usually recommended (although some doctors don't like patients to massage, idk why).

My nipples did not numb at all. If anything they are more sensitive. I did have some numbness under my breasts because that's where my incisions are located, but it was pretty much back to normal around 6 months.

In terms of work, I find that I do make more money, but its more that money is easier to get. Less convincing guys, more guys approaching me for dances. I've never been turned down for dances because of my implants. I did have one club regular be an asshole and go around telling customers not to get dances with me cuz my tits were fake. But he was an ass, that was one time, it didn't affect my money that day and I live in a pretty conservative area. But every single time I work I get dances because of them (and yes, customers will tell me that's the reason they got a dance, I'm not just speculating LOL)

Hope that helped. There are a lot of ladies that have gotten implants in the last year here on SW so I'm sure they'll offer their advice as well. Goodluck with whatever you decide!

Thanks, Arianna! My biggest concern by far was stretchmarks; common sense told me they would fill in and be less apparent, but I just wanted to make sure. I'm going to continue to do research, go for several consultations and welcome as much advice as I can get, because I consider them to be a valuable investment. After all, if they lead to a substantial increase in income, they basically pay for themselves! I just don't want to look like some of the girls with cheap jobs.

Also, I'm honestly not sure what type of frame I have....like if my chest is especially small or not. I keep hearing about matching up profiles to the appropriate frame, but I'm clueless because my frame is normal to me lol let's put it this way. I started off at about 80 lbs before my daughter was born. Now that I'm at a healthy weight, which is an even 100 lbs, I actually have a lot of excess "pudge" and it's because I believe I have the frame of someone a lot smaller than me. It's like the weight I do have is hanging off of a really tiny skeleton. Does that make sense?

I was in the same boat as you, farrah. I have 650's. I'm 5'0 110ish and I was a deflated B/C due to a miscarriage. I have under the muscle saline and they came out a mix of natural and fake. They feel and jiggle naturally, but look just a little too good to be considered real.

I make more money, but again I have also been turned down for dances. My favorite quote: "Breast implants are like Kevlar. They don't guarantee your chances of survival, but they sure as hell improve it".

I'm now back to all of my normal activities, minus stabbing myself with sharp objects.

Thank you temptest! Now I'm really curious to see what your boobies look like haha

Also, I find this mildly amusing....this thread has over 100 views but only 4 replies. Just goes to show the initial excitement of "boobies" and the disappointment that follows when they realize we're talking about implants.

Im 5'1 and 100lbs, started with 32A, and got 325 Mod plus silicone making me a 32D/DD depending on the bra.

I had an amazing doctor, he did what I wanted - natural w/ slope but also not to look too saggy. I am at a year and had no problems at iall. I would suggest to go with silicone, about 100ccs will add a cup size, most likely the PS will suggest to get implants in both for the "fullness" round puffy look. You should go under the muscle less problems, feels more realistic and silicone vs saline has many different factors to each, I picked silicone since it would achieve a more realistic look and a better feel. You wont know exactly what the true size will be until you try on the implants and talk to a doctor. I paid 5.5k for my boobs, flew down to see him for 5 days and never saw him again, thats how much trust I had in him and it was furfilled. Research the difference between saline and silicone and what profile yod prefer, higher chances the PS will install two implants than 1.

    heres a picture for my boobs after a year, i started off completely flat, you can see my scar;

The OP's technical difficulty is that she doesn't want more than one cup size of increase. Given the available shapes / profiles of the < 200cc implants she's talking about, the diameter will be so small that she'll wind up with 'two doorknobs'.

If she goes with 325+ cc implants large enough to match the diameter of her natural breasts, the cup size increase is going to be at least 2 not the 1/2 or 1 cup she is looking for.

A third option would be to have the plastic surgeon remove the majority of her C cup's worth of natural breast tissue, so that a 400-500cc rated implant with the proper 'matching' diameter will only result in a D cup. But that's a major 'leap' beyond just inserting breast implants. Of course the flip side of this option is that she'll never have to worry about breast cancer ... since basically she won't have any natural breast tissue left just 100% implants + breast skin.

I'm 5'0 tall, narrow rib cage, 95 lbs with HP 325 CCs silicone implants. That brought me to a small to mid C. I was B cup before. I'm a 32C. I don't look top heavy. I look proportioned.

Your implants should have a warranty if something happens.

A lot of these questions you're asking a PS can answer it better by seeing him/her in person. Obviously. That's why you haven't gotten that many replies, I'm guessing.

Melonie, I'm not entirely opposed to going up more than 1 cup size. I'm just saying I'm relatively satisfied with a medium to large size and only want to "fill in," and if that means going up 2 cup sizes, that's fine.

Vyanka, I'm gathering a lot of questions for my PS but since I've gotten several different responses from several different doctors, especially regarding stretchmarks, just thought I'd get some personal experiences.

I paid 4300 for mine. The only reason we had to fork over an additional 2k was cause Hurricane Irene hit so we had to get the fuck outta Dodge 2 days early and had nothing to do but bullshit in Arizona.
