I'm not really 'that' guy I was trying to be. Some of the strippers I never care to see again. Some, like the one last night, I owe a lot to.
And I'm the nice guy who has a blast with dancers and even manages to date a few without breaking the bank ITC. You are what you make yourself Doc.

That's easy, you are a customer...

I have literally given her my wallet to pay for things and left for the bathroom or car more than once.
It's a big leap on both sides-for a dancer to trust a customer or for a customer to trust a dancer. Keep in mind, it doesn't mean things will go any further.

No dancer is going to waste her time on some customer for just $60 once a month or less.
What makes you say this? $60 is $60 Doc. A good dancer wants everybody's money. There are variables that will determine how much of her ITC devotion you get based on what you spend but, trust me, she wants your sixty bucks!

Or maybe I should suck it up and drink whatever she wants. Basically, how should I make up a bad night?
    Spend more money...

Seriously Doc you are getting way too hung-up on the mechanics and the minutia here. You are trying to force something to happen. You can't. You need patience youngin'.

What exactly are you trying to make happen with these girls?

    LOL, yeah, whatever....

Actually your $60 number ties into an interesting sittuation I went through for a couple of years. I used to go to this one club where I somehow managed to break my rule of only one fav per club. I wound up with six gals that I regularly spent $60 bucks each on-dances where $15 a piece at the time so each dancer got four dances. Six girls, same money, six very different outcomes...

Dancer 1. Moved to another club early on. She felt there was too much competition at the club among the Brazilian dancers and she was right.
I was actually relieved because it meant I could visit her and not have to worry about other girls getting PO'd if I didn't spend on them. As a result she got more than $60 a visit after she changed clubs...

Dancer 2. Very sexy, loved to tease me and always pushed the envelope. Always complained about guys who tried to ask her out. I was still married back then so I wasn't going to go there anyway but she appreciated the fact that I didn't. Left dancing when she got pregnant. I haven't seen her in years...

Dancer 3. Nice girl but she always tried to get more than the $60. Always asking me to pay her house fee or tip the DJ for her. She also committed the cardinal sin of lying to me about potential OTC. She moved to Florida for a year but when she came back and started calling me to come see her I blew her off. Don't lie to me about OTC.

Dancer 4. Sexy, beautiful, we would talk all afternoon for that $60 if I went in on a slow day. Never lied to my face but I found out after she went back home to Brazil a few months ago that she was terrorizing other dancers and telling them to stay away form her customers...including me. Very disappointing...but if she came back tomorrow I would probably still pay to have her dance for me. What's the Bon Jovi song? Bad Medicine! We want what we want.

Dancer 5. Very nice girl but very jealous of the other girls. She met me first so she thought that she should be the only one getting my money. Made a ton of money, bought a supermarket back in Brazil and went home to run it...

Dancer 6. I met her on her first day as a dancer. She was friends with dancer #3. She couldn't even speak English, her friend had to ask me to do a dance with her. I was her first customer six years ago and I still see her three clubs later. I spend more than $60 now ITC but we are also friendly OTC. She's one of only two girls who have told me, on more than one occasion that it's OK to stop in on a slow day even if I'm broke to say hello for a few minutes. I would never do it but the invitation says a lot about defining that friendship/respect line.

See Doc, it's about the money but it's about the people involved too. The only absolute is that there are no absolutes.

Is there anybody even moderating Customer Conversation anymore? Seriously, how has this section devolved to this?

When I started on SW, which was not all that long ago, this used to be a fairly interesting section with some lively debates. Now it has turned into a place filled with nonsense posted by the likes of a man-child, a bonified jackass and a guy with dubious credentials who posts whiney and/or simplistic crap about his relationship with the dancer who he is purportedly dating.

Yoda, will you just take the damned job already?!

    No lie.
This place is becoming downright depressing. It's making TUSCL seem rational, which is pretty hard to do. At least over there you know what to expect, and are never disappointed.

Someone please ring me when things here return to normal. I'll be in VIP with a tall brunette

Eh, I know it's a bit of a looney bin right now but I have been around for quite a while and it's just a natural cycle. Sometimes CC is great, sometimes it's boring and sometimes it's unreadable. It's been a nice run for a while and that's due partially to the fact that blue has been lame for a while now. That's actually part of the problem. Most of these offensive idiots should actually be posting in blue. They are finding their way into CC and dumbing down the post quality...

I'm flattered rick but, first of all, no one is offering. Someone or a group of someones is moderating in some form or fashion. I've never quite figured out how strict the moderation is supposed to be in CC. I'm not sure what I would do differently. I know one thing for sure, I wouldn't be able to have nearly as much fun verbally smacking guys like Bem and Jackal around if I was a mod so I can't imagine it would be much fun...

^Actually, in a rare show of good sense, I think that Doc is actually self deleting.

But as to the other stuff, perhaps you could circle back and accept one of the historical offers if it might still be on the table? It is very possible that one has not been offered more recently because you've declined in the past. You and I may not agree on a number of things, but you've got a level head and will also jump upon nonsense, both of which, in my humble and completely unsolicited opinion, would make good qualities in a Mod for CC.

We've had some pretty bad stuff go up recently, including personal dancer details that sat up there for days before they were finally taken down. I think that whoever is currently designated to Mod this section is simply too busy with other things. While I know that you are also busy, you do pop in a lot and would be able to respond sooner.

Anyway, I'm not trying to get involved in internal SW management matters or to push you to accept something that you do not want, but IMHO a little more hands-on oversight (by you or someone else) of this section would go a long way.

Anyway, enough from me on that stuff.
