Anyone tried it? Ive been reading her blog for forever. Just always thought the diet would be to hard to stick to. Thoughts?




Yes, I love Kimberly and her nutritional advice...
I went on green smoothies every day for a month and had so much more energy. I still have them nearly every day and follow her food combining rules and feel great and have way better digestion than before.
While I am anti-bread and anti-dairy, I don't agree with a strict vegan diet. I'll usually be on fruit and greens only for 2 days and then I'll either have a meal with fish and veggies or a really rare, massive one pound burger patty with veggies. I feel best this way. If I follow her advice only strictly for too long my face will start to look drawn and gaunt and I'll binge on crap.
So to summarize:
- glowing green smoothie for breakfast = win.
- food combining principles = win.
- no dairy or gluten = win.
- random advice she promotes like coco oil, tumeric, lemons = win.
But make sure you're getting enough calories and don't be afraid of high-quality meats from time to time!
