I have rippling when I bend over tooHaving very little tissue to begin with is why this is happening to us. Unfortunately there's not much we can do. If or when you get yours re-done, make sure they over-fill them more. I should've overfilled my like 50-100cc's more :/ I don't think you can see my rippling in the blacklight though, thank god. My husband is cool about it. He's like, "Well they're fake, they're suppose to do that right? No biggie." I <3 him

I have saline implants with thin skin and after losing some weight also have rippling, especially on my left breast. I think implants are prone to this unless you have alot of breast tissue. Not to worry, very hard to see under club lights.

I have some when I bend over too. Going on the pill helped cause my natural boobie got bigger to cover the implant and gaining weight helps. But honestly ask around and I think you will find almost everyone has a tiny bit when they bend in a certain position. I was freaking out when I noticed mine then 3 other girls at work showed me theirs which looked exactly the same and I had never even noticed it on them so that made me feel better.

My right breast - the smaller of the two - has slight rippling on the underside when I'm on all fours where the skin is thinnest. Been that way for about 3 years, hasn't gotten any worse that I've noticed. If it's slight it's probably nothing to worry about. Keep wearing good bras and giving them support - don't let the skin start to stretch or sag...
Maybe shoot off an E-mail to your PS with some pictures?

You guys are scaring me now about implants, Im getting them and my weight fluctuates literally every other month lol
I have it too when I bend over in "udder position". So gross and so are udders. Don't worry about it! I was a large C when I got my BA. I don't really think the breast tissue theory is totally true. It isn't a big deal. I will over-fill next time, too.
