i've been seriously sick for the last 3 weeks, so i haven't been eating much and i've spent a lot of energy on just recovering. i'm feeling better now but today i realised that my normally tight short-shorts are almost falling off me! normally i have a really nice round butt and luckily i have a great metabolism so i can eat whatever without putting on weight. but now its all deflated and it does not look good, so i need to get my curves back and fast.
what can i do to gain weight? i could just start streamlining chocolate but i want to do it in as healthy a way as possible. any tips? or will the curves come back naturally now i'm eating normally again?
