Bootyclap?
Well, it takes some practice but everyone can do it.
I once saw a tutorial to bootyshaking and i tried the posistions explained for a whole week but i hardly got things moving![]()
I've had girls try to teach me at work and I just can't do anything special with my ass... except flex the muscles but sadly I can only do it when I'm sitting in a chair.
^If your glutes are strong enough - have you tried kneeling, sitting on your haunches / ass then leaning forward and curling your toes up to prop yourself forward at about... a 60-40 degree angle then flexing? Like this?

It took me awhile to figure out how to isolate each butt cheek but I find whenever Im in that position it helps tremendously to start. Having strong glutes helps also.
Most booty tricks are (for me) mainly about working my upper thighs. I can't clap much or as loudly since I lowered my body fat percentage and I think that threw me off since I hadnt done it for awhile... but since my muscles are stronger in that area since so general pulsating is easier and more exaggerated which helps. I cant do a LOUD golf clap but it can eek out claps. When I first started doing it what helped was:
Preparation:
-stretch your lower back: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aag2g9GvED4
-stretch your hips, try to ensure you can gyrate them in ccircle, from side to side, up and down (up and down is critical)... basically ensure your hips can move in isolation from the rest of your body and without much if any help from your chest or knees. If you cant, keep stretching, listen to music with heavy bass, dance like no one is watching (silly but it helps).
Attempt:
-Wear heels that give you a super arch or when you first try, just stand barefoot on the balls of your feet, as high as possible
-Arch your back as much as comfortably possible. If you cant do it without leaning forward definitely hold onto an object.
-stand slightly pigeon toed (with practice you wont have to bc it does look kind of silly)
-have something to hold onto to prop yourself up and maintain some posture if you cant remain balanced, a pole will probably help since you can lean into it and drive some of the bouncing momentum from your upper arms (great way to 'cheat' at being good at it)
-unless your ass is incredible - put your feet a little less than shoulder width apart, the smaller it is you may need to decrease the width.
-first try bouncing on the balls of your feet slowly then increase the intensity, try to slowly incorpoate the up and down motion of your hips that you practiced during prep into this motion. If you cant just keep steadily increasing the bouncing until some kind of jiggling happens (most women have some chub in their ass, so even a slight tremor is ok)
-increase intensity
-slightly your heels in like youre in the wizard of oz and want to go home, dont make it so your heels touch exactly but bring them in and out. sharply increase intensity - keep your back arched.
-tighten up your upper thighs and without allowing your knees to turn too much outward (aka dont look like MC Hammer being 2 Legit 2 Quit) bring your upper thighs together to the same rhythm of your bouncing feet
-repeat and repeat and repeat until you hear a sound. Butt muscles and a super arched back help quite a bit.
Hope some of that makes sense. I feel like I saw a better tutorial here once that I may have recycled some of that from.
That is what I did at first. What helped the most is stretching my lower back. Im not super skilled at it (like I cant do it without bouncing a bit and being slightly pigeon toed - but I could already do hip isolations and a "pop" move with a hyper arched back already so that helped ... I think lower back stretches and upper thigh movements help significantly) but I kept practicing and it just happened? Hope that helps

^ true, a soft ass can clap very easy. I know mine does. The way I make it clap is by shaking my thighs in and out. Hard to explain, but act like you're clicking your heels like Dorothy from Wizard of OZ.lol. Just don't move your heels. That motion would make your thighs move, which will make your ass clap. There may be different ways, but that's how I usually do it.




Its all in the knees, don't stand on your tippy toes. I feel like making a youtube tutorial, haha.
Basically stand up straight or lean forward whichever you're more comfy with, and lock your knees, move your knees horizontally inward, then out. Do not get on your tippy toes, thats cheating and you'll look silly. Heels flat on the ground, and don't squeeze or tighten your butt cheeks, that never looks good. Eventually you'll start doing it faster. I learned just cuz the girls at work kinda made me while we were fucking around in the DR. Inevitably I do that shit all the time now. Kinda annoying.
