Default Worried about going back to club, what can I expect?

In the middle of December I got really sick (like, eventually hospital sick) and stopped working. For the first couple of days I called in to say I wasn't going to make it but then I reached a point where I had to accept I wasn't going to instantly recover and I didn't have any more days scheduled, so I stopped calling. I'm feeling better now and I plan on going back to work next week but I'm a little unsure about what the management will say.

I've only been working here a couple of months so I haven't really built up a long time rapport with them and I'm worried they'll be so pissed that I just stopped being in touch that they'll decide I can't come back. So I'm planning on going in later this week to explain what happened to me and get myself back on schedule. Anyway, can people with more experience offer any advice on how they'd expect the managers to react?

Dancers come and go, sometimes for months at a time, and no one ever really bats an eyelash. You disappearing for only 2-3 weeks, especially after calling in sick so many times beforehand, is doubtfully a big deal. Just show up with your stuff like nothing happened and ask when you can work next.

I did this once, I just handed my manager a doctors note when I walked in and he removed my fines
