This is the lounge love; we have a whole section here on SW that deals with diet/exercise/fitness/body stuff called Body Business

    http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=129

But in general - the best diet is moderation, and lots of whole, 'natural' (non-prepackaged) stuff. Fruits, veggies and protein. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full.

Lots of detailed threads on Body Business though, if you're looking for a specific plan.

    XO

Raw diet is more effective for the weight loss as compare to weight loss pills or weight loss steroids to loss the weight.
The more effective raw diet for the weight loss are fresh fruits, citrus fruits juices, raw vegetables, vegetables soups, green tea, and fish oil. These raw diets have better results for the weight loss without any side effects.

    Lots of fiber!

When I get gung-ho, I personally like to eat my normal bad foods and then start my exercise regimen. Then after a week or two as I'm seeing results, it's easier to transition to eating healthier but cheating occasionally.

You will need good fats in your diet from meat, nuts, avocado, some dairy. However, make sure it's good stuff and not packaged crap. If you can get raw milk, that's the best. See how you feel with nuts; some people don't do well.

Start watching your sugars, carbs, and fats amount and slowly bring it down since going cold turkey with no outlets with equal in pretty much everyone an automatic fail.

And fiber fills you up! And it's great at getting rid of toxins faster as you lose body fat (which releases toxins stored in the fat) so you can lessen some of the cruddy feelings of losing weight. Did you know as a woman you're supposed to get like 25-35 grams of fiber a day? Most people don't even get a third of that!

Paleo. Check out my results. I went from Fatty Mcfatfat to a size 3. I also busted my ass at the gym though.
