I start my first night dancing really soon, and I'm confident that I've got everything down, for except one thing...MY SHOES! I'm an extremely small framed woman, and my ankles just don't have what it takes to keep myself from toppling over! They're only five inches to start with (stiletto boots, starting off with the only thing I can afford right now). Are there any exercises that I should add to my workout to build my leg muscles and balance? I already run and walk a few miles a day, but it hasn't seemed to help :/ suggestions? Thanks, I appreciate it!
