I am looking for clubs that hire girls that are 18 years and older. What are your reviews on them? Thx a whole bunch!
(If there happens to be a thread just like this one somewhere would you mind pasting a link? I couldn't find it.)

I liked the Palomino but then that was the only under 21 club I worked at. Many girls had come from others and said they liked Palomino. When I was new to Vegas I would say that it's a hit or miss club, but now that I've been here a couple months, that's all of Vegas. Worth it to give it a look. If they like you they will waive house fee for 5 days to a week too.

I'm a little late chiming in on this thread, but maybe if it can't help the OP - it will be useful for other girls.
That said - Several clubs in Vegas that used to be 18+ have gone topless/alcohol. There are a FEW left.
Little Darlings is still the #1 nude club in Vegas. It's managed VERY well, and is always packed with people during prime hours. It's hit and miss like everywhere in Vegas, but it's by far the busiest nude club in town. Auditions are held weekdays after 9pm. There are two "shifts" - open, which allows you to come in at any time, with a 5 hour work requirement; and days - I think it starts at 11 and day-shift restricted girls MUST be off the floor and clocked out by 10pm.
The house fee is a flat $70, unless you are willing to schedule yourself for a minimum 5 shifts per week, at 6 hours per shift. If you are on schedule, there is no house fee. As with ALL full nude clubs in Vegas, they take a percentage of your dances to cover the losses that come with not having a bar. $7 per $20 dance goes to the house, unless you're in a VIP room - $300 for a half hour and $600 for an hour; the club takes $50 out of the half hours and $100 out of the hour rooms. All fees - house fees, dance fees, and 'dance dollar' percentages - are taken at the end of the night at checkout.
Other fully nude clubs in Vegas that are "worth" checking out: Palomino. This is the ONLY fully-nude PLUS alcohol club in town. When I went to work there, you had to be 21 to dance there because there was alcohol being served on premises. I have not worked at this club, and I can't offer much info about it except that most of the girls I've talked to who worked there had generally good things to say about the club itself - their biggest complaint was the fact that the club itself is in a sketchy location. It's a little ghetto.
Sheri's Cabaret. Nice, small club. Well-run, with fees comparable to LD's. They're associated with the brothel Sheri's Ranch. If you work there, expect brothel management to poke their heads in and if they like you, hassle you a bit about coming to work at the ranch. It's annoying; but easily deflectable. There's a tattoo shop attached to the club that operates during the day. Typical 18+ clientele for Vegas - a few older pervy types; and the high-school/early college crowd. A LITTLE more "alt" than other clubs in town, with absolutely no problem hiring VERY alternative dancers.
Other Vegas Nude Clubs:
The other 18+ clubs in town are SKEEVY places. There's Can Can Room, Pussycat's Cabaret, Talk of the Town, Chiqitas (sp?) Bonitas, and a couple other REALLY tiny "peep show" type places that don't see much, if any, traffic. I'd stay away from all these places. I have worked in some of them in my early days before I knew any better - and I regret it.
There is one other place. It's called Diamond Cabaret, run by the same guy who runs Babe's Cabaret - which just recently went topless. Diamond is VERY interesting. It's a pretty club, well-run, but the way the dancers are handled is weird as fuck. You can't just walk the floor and hustle. It's run - literally - like a car lot. There's a "hustle rotation", and dancers must wait in line to hustle customers. You are directed to a specific customer, and if you don't have any luck, you go back to the bar or dressing room and wait to be directed someplace else. Customers may request dancers with the bouncers. They definitely play favorites there - dancers who tip better get directed to the "pick of the litter" custies who paid with high level credit cards or have a big wad of cash. It's an interesting place, like I said. I wouldn't go here if you're a new dancer or don't have a REALLY good understanding of how a "normal" strip club/hustle works. Some girls I know LOVE that place. Others cannot stand it and don't last a day. They also regularly send staff members to other clubs to see if any of their dancers are working in other clubs - there is a strict no "moonlighting" policy which is in the contract. Technically illegal - but they also have the right to "terminate your contract for any reason at any time", apparently. I worked there for about 2 weeks, and I hated it.
Hope this helps at least a little!
