    Default ** Hiring escort advertiser?**

Hey everyone... So I posted to find a travel buddy to basically keep each other safe and help with bookings... but I had no luck!

Then a light bulb went off. What if I hire someone to work like an agency from home and I pay them a flat weekly rate?

I know it would be hard to find because it's basically pandering but it's not like it's a major agency.I'm just one person.

I thought it would be a good idea because I wouldn't be giving an agency half of every call therefore the advertiser/booking agent would be extremely well paid. I was thinking $1000 weekly to start then maybe 1500 to 2000 weekly.

    Is it a bad/weird idea?

That seems like a large salary, I would structure the 'salary package' to be omre incentive base, ie a commission on sales. If you do well, they do well. Not full commission, because the 'base pay' is for work that doesn't result in a sale. They get paid to screen and keep you safe, sometimes no 4 will come from that work.

If you're still going to pay $1k/month, hire me!

Seriously, if I were screening / making appointments for 5 ladies at $5k / week each I'd be happy to work my butt off!

There are services that do that already - so really unless it's someone you know personally that you trust, I don't see the point in overpaying. With a service, at least you'll get professional results and won't require much "training". But if you hire a friend, well, they'll know all your business. Honestly, I can't imagine hiring someone to do that work. Driver? Absolutely, had one since day one. But I like having complete control with client communication.

Are you having trouble with the actual advertising or finding the time to do it? You could always get someone to help you structure your business, ie come up with copy for your ads and structure a marketing plan, so then once you have it all laid out, all you need to do is, well, do it!

So if you want to be with me
With these things there’s no telling
We just have to wait and see
But I’d rather be working for a paycheck
Than waiting to win the lottery
Besides maybe this time is different
I mean I really think you like me

Driver? Absolutely not. I know how to drive. And in case of an accident he will jump out and leave you in the back seet. Does that sound safe to you? No? Well, it dosn't to me either. It's a waist of life and money amongst other things.

I can advertise but I don't want to carry the equipment, deal with the hassle of booking, and worry about missing money. I want everything thoroughly covered for an amount that I am more than capable of producing in an hour.

There are experienced "escort assistants" that do just what you are looking for. You just need to find them and see if you are comfortable working with them. You are probably better off going with an experienced assistant than trying to train a friend, especially if the friend doesn't have any experience or real frame of reference to the work.

You might have better luck finding what you are looking for on ECCIE.net or other sites specifically dedicated to escorting.

    Yea... Um, No Fucking Way!

She'd actually be giving them a cash incentive to cut corners on screening and book clients who give a bad vibe in order to earn "commissions".

The point of screening is safety.

Being independent, I just couldn't trust screening & booking to anyone else. Some assistants are trustworthy and have great reps. Those are the ones the OP should seek out on escort-only boards.

I plan on expanding my business to helping other ladies with theirs, as well as referring them to some of my own clients. If you're in the NYC area I might be able to help. PM me.
