Hey guys, in February I am getting a tummy tuck and fat grafting done to my flat pancake bum. I have researched it quite a bit, but still have some questions. My doctor told me he would take the fat from my waist and back, about 600 cc's in each cheek. 1) is that going to be enough to make a difference? I literally have NO butt, so I'm wanting a pretty dramatic *good* change since I'm forking out the cash for it. 2) I know the fat re absorbs into the body. Will I still be able to work out or will that re absorb it even quicker? 3) my surgeon also said he will not be removing any fat from the ab area because I have had a child so my skin is loose. He said lipo tends to cause the skin to be looser, however, I'm confused because I thought lipo removed the fat causing the skin to in fact be tighter....? Can someone help me out with all this? Thanks guys.
