    Default Payoneer - Verifiable Income?

Alright, so the lease to my current apartment is up in April, and I'm looking at relocating to a newer, nicer complex. I'm currently being payed through Daily Pay via Payoneer ACH (which is AWESOME!) That being said, I have been wondering how it might *look* to a leasing agent when they check out my bank statement. I'm thinking I might get the ol' head scratch when they see that I'm "self-employed" and paid daily.

Has anyone here leased an apartment (or anything requiring any sort of employment history) using their Payoneer deposits? Were you successful, unsuccessful, etc...?

Perhaps you could ask princessjenny to email you a PDF letter showing proof of employment or income. Like a list of earnnings.

take bank statements and tax returns. you can also take a payoneer load list and black out the 'adult work webcammers' part. do a search on sw for 'proof of income' - there have been dozens of threads about this subject.

technically speaking, the 'verifiable income' that your prospective landlord is asking about is the same 'verifiable income' that new banking regulations require virtually all lenders to ask about. In the case of self-employed persons, the only 100% acceptable documentation of 'verifiable income' is past years' tax returns.

However, as others have pointed out, some lenders are willing to work with 'less than 100% acceptable' income documentation. This could indeed be the 'transfer list' to your Payoneer linked Visa debit card, bank records of deposits made to your account etc. The two concerns lenders will have with this sort of documentation, however, are that A. the actual source of funds for the Visa debit card and/or bank account deposits aren't officially identified as actually coming from an 'income source', and B. that the amounts of the Visa debit card and/or bank account deposits isn't regular or repeatable.

The degree of insistance that any particular landlord may have regarding accepting 'less than 100% acceptable' income documentation upon which to approve a new lease will definitely be related to how 'corporate' the property is. If you're talking about a large upscale apartment complex with 'corporate' management, you may encounter some problems. If you're talking about an upstairs apartment rented by 'mom & pop' property owners who live downstairs, you probably won't experience any problems.

It will now say "The Dailypay Service Payoneer" instead of "Adultwork Webcammers Payoneer" I'm going to get an new apartment next month (Feb) so I will let you know how that goes. I will probably just use my bank statement as well. I work from several different sites though. DailyPay I just started using for MFC only.

It's going to depend on the apartment. The proof of income required for me at the place I am moving into is 2 recent paystubs. You can also use any legal documentation showing that you receive child support, and that can also go for part of your proof of income. I think it mainly depends on leasing office standards and the state in which you live in. Most places I have been to in the past are OK with bank statements and tax returns though as well.

Payoneer have changed our senders name to the above in abid to help members showing Payoneer statements as a source of income to be less connected with the adult industry. If you have multiple adult incomes through Payoneer the effect is minimized but every little helps

If this helps.. I just got a new apt, was waiting to see how things went before responding here.

Its a corporate apt complex with properties all over the country. They required two recent pay stubs. I told them I work freelance, mostly paid in cash, and that my only proof of income flow is my PayPal account.

I escort, and I buy moneypak cards with my earnings and put it on my PayPal card so that I'm not whipping out fifties and hundreds everytime I pay for something. Lucky too, cause I just printed out a report of the last two months and they accepted it.

Found out that I got approved, and will be moving into my apt on Fri. I really think that epassporte will give you no problems at all, and I think an even better proof of income than what I had to offer.
