I feel your frustration for a different reason. I also work at a small club, which most of the time means not a lot of guys coming through the door. There are 2 "skinny" girls that work every night: myself and another girl. It feels like I am constantly being passed up for dances to her because she makes outragous promises of what she'll do in a dance. It bothers me because I'm more honest and upfront. Apparently guys don't like that. Almost everytime they are dissappointed that they chose her over me because quite frankly, she gives a horrible lap dance. I highly doubt it would be any different in a bigger club though, it's the nature of the beast.
As far as the new girls, our club does the same. It's aggravating to see that they don't have to tip out for a little while.
My club is pretty little. For dayshift, the tipout is a flat 20 dollars, twice that for nights. Business sucks so we're shutting down dayshifts mon-wed and sundays. Our DJ is an ass kinda so no one tips him, and during days we don't have bouncers, soooo........If someone actually went out of their way for me, and I found out, I would tip generously on my way out. A lot of girls here work like that, if they feel the need to tip at all. However, that is almost never the case. Money sucks right now, otherwise I might feel prompted to tip more than I do....

Small as in amount of dancers or small as in the actual physical size?
I know some large clubs with less than 20 dancers, and some small (size wise) with over 30 dancers.
