So, I can't figure out if what I'm doing is wrong/taboo/rude to the other dancers. After I've picked a guy from my stage set who seems really into me or seems like he wants a dance, I go back out on the floor and sit where he can see me. I make eye contact, smile, wave cutely or something, and usually he'll walk over to me (yes, from the rail). Most of the time they've left their tip already, or they leave one after, and occasionally they don't at all. Anyway, at some point after that he'll buy a dance from me. Does this count as "stealing" customers? No one's said anything to me about it. I NEVER go up to them while they're at the rail, and I don't physically wave them over to me or do anything that actually implies that they SHOULD come sit with me...Still, though, I'm wondering if this is wrong to do? Normally on dayshift there's slim pickins as far as customers - they either don't speak english or are sitting at the stage. This is why I'm worried about it. Opinions??

I also apprciate the fact that he's leaving a tip before he gets up. That's good juju..lol.. The wrong way would be to sit on his lap with your back to the girl, stop him from tipping or watching her and then steal him away. I'm always a bit too courteous when there's just 1 guy in the club and he's at the tip rail... I just let him tip the girls instead of taking him for a dance. But that's just how I roll
