Success! I have successfully raised my rates on all my sites again. Although some days are slower than others, the overall earnings picture is the same if not better for less work now!
OnlyFans: $9.99/mo instead of $5.99/mo
Streamate: $9.99/private and $9.99/exclusive up from $5.99/private and $8.99/exclusive
Direct Pay: $6/min if they need to pay through a site like IWC or MV. $5/min if they pay me directly.
NiteFlirt: $6.99/min instead of $4.99/min
SextPanther: $6.99/min cam and $4/min audio only instead of $5/min cam and $3/min audio only.
My Skype ID price went from $1.99 to $2.50 per buy.
I am slowly upping my video prices from $1/min to $2.00/min+. I already did this for my pregnancy content!!
Ultimately I am really just trying to price out the $15 budget customers and attract $50-$100 budget customers.

Hi everyone, you must me thinking who am I and why am I posting here. I know this is YOUR space, but I found it really insightful. I am also a SkyPrivate admin, and we have come a long way talking about raising prices and finding the right one to get quality shows. I am a believer that you cannot compare price and quality. If you could give me some points, how would you a approach other models to help them raise their price? On our end when a performer decides to raise it, we do the process with them to see if views have increased and for a few weeks we compare results.
My point here is, know your value and stand with it.

@DaniSkyPrivate I would say you usually can at least a rough estimate of price and quality as $1 a minute smells like desperation ( drug addiction, trafficking etc) though of course not every higher priced model is on top of he game and everyone has off days myself included.

Put my private price up a $1 on Streamate but exclusive staying the same (don't have the option to go higher anyway lol). $6.99/9.99. Some fucktard did a 1.5 min private show yesterday and rated me a 3 and that was when I changed it!

I have been working SM for years and i notice anytime i go over $3.99/min private i barely get shows. needless to say I am really struggling to make anything right now and the guys that do come in don't do more than 3 min shows so i am going to raise my damn rate and hope for the best. it's been long overdue idk why i get so scared because it just feels like i get no shows anytime i go higher.

Thanks to you I went up to $9.99/9.99 too from $6.99/9.99. I don't care if they bitch, I only get 15 min or less with many under 5 min so they can kiss my grits, lol. Amd I'll take $3.49 my cut for taking my time with the peepers knowing I didn't even stand up for it let alone strip, lmao. One guy made me LOL by asking if it'd take a mortgage to get my clothes off in free chat. Well shit if I look that expensive bring it.

To help with STFO, I'm going to try a few changes:
Being more aggressive in asking for tips or shows, muting my mic (I'm known for being a pretty conversational Domme, so I may not do this, but I'll keep it in mind), increasing my rates (I'm at $8.99/$9.99 on Streamate), and adding a few more "high ticket" options for shows (Topless in exclusive for $50 gold extra). I had a guy tip me last week 100 Gold just to show my breasts, and that sparked my desire to offer it. I'm always of the mindset, "If one man can do X, ten men can do it too."
I'm saving to relocate in December, so I don't have time for little chump change here and there. I think I do pretty well at an average of $62/hour, but I want more than that. Since I'm no nude and only do fetish shows, I sometimes don't feel as confident upping my prices, but I'm sure there's at least 10 other Dommes who charge way more than I do and get shows. We'll just have to experiment and see what happens!

Hey girl, I'm gonna be someone to tell you that you are charging far too little. If you need help figuring out where you may be going wrong, I can discreetly check out your stream to see if there's anything I notice. Raise impregnation fetish clips/ customs or even cam show request by 10x.
If your regular clip is $1-2 per minute, raise the price at $10-$20/min. Apply it on the old content too.
If it's custom, price shall be at least $100/min.

I was $6.99/7.99, went up to 9.99 but only stayed a day and it was a dud. $7.99 seems like a sweet spot and was quite busy so I'll stay here for a while.

I tried that "rate analyzer" tool Streamate offers, and my hourly rate was higher when my per minute rate was lower. :/
Thinking about going back to where I was ($6.89 private/$8.49 exclusive..I had raised my rates by a dollar a minute)

Agreed. I tried sticking with $9.99/$8.99, but my earnings weren't increasing...they decreased significantly. I decided to go back to my tried and true, $8.99/$7.99 rates and went right back to making what I usually earn. No harm in trying, but sometimes it just doesn't pay to be more expensive I guess!
Instead of trying to up my rates on a single platform, I've decided to simply add more streams of income to my belt (which I should've been doing regardless)
Publishing more clips (REALLY makes up for slow days sometimes), starting on a subscription based platform, and a vanilla venture. That way, I'm not relying on Streamate alone to be my big money maker. And if I don't make my daily goal, which is not usual thankfully, my other streams elsewhere will cover the difference.
