She's amazing. I like her performance here too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrHSV...eature=related

that's beautiful but I think it's very far from regular pole dancing. It's amazing acrobatics.
I love love love Oona! She is awesome. Her and Felix Cane are my fave pole dancers! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_G4gHRc-M4

I like it but she is a gymnist it should not be hard for her doin some tricks on pole. It doesnt look like a pole dance at all...Not sensual.

^Pole dancing doesn't NEED to be sensual to be considered pole dancing.

I adore Oona! I fell in love with her Fifth Element routine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gebtdTxD3RQ
Personally, the thing I like about her so much is that her style isn't the super-slow sensual type of pole dancing. I love that she does sharp tricks in time to the music and still manages to make it look good and not rushed or sloppy.
Don't try to win over the haters. You are not the Jerk Whisperer.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

I agree with you. Don't get me wrong, she is fucking incredible and i love watching her, but the way that she tackles the pole is offputting (to me). Technically speaking she probably does much more difficult tricks than some of the top names in the pole world, but her routines aren't easy to watch because she is tends to isolate every single move she does. I prefer more of a dancey fluid style.

True ... She is great but she made me feel like watching Olypics... like this...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neVWctsWPzw

I do agree that she does not pole dance like a stripper, but rather that of a gymnast dancing on a "vertical bar" than, lets say...parallel bars. I was just sharing this amazing video, that's all.

The video is appreciated! Thankyou for sharing! Everyone has a different preference in style. I hope it didn't come accross as rude or anything, sorry if it did=)

Her floor moves are just...weird.
I do give her kudos for the pole; awesome moves!

Tricks amazing but don't like her style at all...
I much prefer something like this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waIuhfoTMv8
Wow! Absolutely incredible. SO jealous

I'm a bit late on this post, but DAYUM!
I have to agree that her style is a bit off-putting. I fully comprehend and admire her ability, but I would call her a "pole gymnast" rather than a "pole dancer". There just isn't that certain emotional chord-striking while watching her like while watching a DANCE. Hands down, she is amazing, but she's more a representation of pole as a SPORT, rather than an art or combination of the two.
Exotic dancing is like any other job.If you work in an office, you wear dress shoes and a suit.If you work in a restaraunt, you wear skid resistant shoes and a uniform. If you work in a strip club, you wear 7" stilettos and lycra g-strings.

Some of her routines are much more fluid and beautiful to watch. This is the first I saw of her and I was in love http://youtu.be/Y4ack-LXO2c

Thanks for putting me on to her!
I would conquer the entire stripper world if I danced like this at clubs!
I like her better because she still looks feminine and sexy in everything.
Oona was more strong and rigid and masculine in her routimme, but still talented nonetheless.

She is amazing but I felt like I was watching a gymnast not a dancer..Def give her credit for gymnast talents tho hands down..

Well, I like the fact that her pole work resembled more of a gymnast routine. Its amazing to see how pole dancing is evolving and changing. Truly beautiful. I have to say, I've always been skeptical about pole dancing becoming an actual sport, but after seeing this video I can really start to visualize it. Thanks for sharing!!

^ I was thinking about this the other day. Oona 's polework style would be a great example to use in promoting poledancing as an actual, legitimate sport.
OMG I LOVE Felix and Oona ... and Marlo and Jenyne, too. Have taken classes with all of them. All different styles.
