I got to 15 cards tonight! Was almost too easy. Plan to do 20 tomorrow.
Her ass is real…she eats A LOT and works out. She works hard to keep her waist small, which makes her butt look even bigger. I grew up around women this size, no fakeness!![]()

I like it better than counting so many squats. Also gives you a visual.
I do it at the gym where everybody can see. Im NOT giving up before I get to the last card when everybody is watching to see if I can do it! LOL

I did this yesterday morning...man do my glutes burn! I wrote things like "I have a nice butt." and "I am beautiful." on each card to instill these thoughts into my head. I really need to start doing this in regard to other areas in my life.

Do them in a SUMO SQUAT u will REALLY feel your glutes! Will def lift and tone ur ass!
