Hey ladies!! Ok i have a problem/habit that isn't easy for me to kick! After i get off work, I am starved! So i go home and eat (like a whole meal or something) and that is the best way to gain fat/weight!!! I think i am getting a lil chubby esp around my stomach/love handles!!! Anyone else here grub/eat after dancing/working? How can i not eat so late night? My bf says i just need to control myself; yea easier said than done! Any advice on how to not eat...or anything i can eat to hold me thru the night?!
