    Default getting a tummy!!!

    Hey ladies!! Ok i have a problem/habit that isn't easy for me to kick! After i get off work, I am starved! So i go home and eat (like a whole meal or something) and that is the best way to gain fat/weight!!! I think i am getting a lil chubby esp around my stomach/love handles!!! Anyone else here grub/eat after dancing/working? How can i not eat so late night? My bf says i just need to control myself; yea easier said than done! Any advice on how to not eat...or anything i can eat to hold me thru the night?!

    Advice on how not to eat, honey your body needs food, the best thing you can do is have a few small high fiber snacks throughout the day.(or night I should say?) They have those fiber one bars with peanut butter and chocolate but even better are sliced pears (high fiber and soo yummy!) dip them in peanut butter for some extra protein. More fiber = less hungry later so you dont have to over stuff yourself.

    As for meals, you can still get full without going over your limit. I got this Hungry Girl cookbook from amazon after I saw her on Dr. Oz the other day and the food is really satisfying and good for you at the same time! Total win.

    Eating late at night is fine. Take a colon cleanser after that n you will poop it out by morning.

    If you're hungry, you need to eat. Starving yourself is only gonna wreck your metabolism. Snack while you're at work. I usually bring raspberries and nuts, and will pick at them throughout the night. Do some dances, eat a few, do some more, eat a few more. This way I can go home and not be hungry, and your metabolism stays going all night.

    So you can eat whatever you want & go to bed & no weight gain as long as you take a colon cleanser?

    Low carb protein bar works for me. It takes like ass at first, but once you get used to them not so bad. At least it leaves me feeling full. I like the musashi P20 strawberries and cream one but I usually only eat half (or have half during work and the rest after).

    Try snacking throughout your shift on nuts, beef jerky, or bananas. That way you haven't gone 6-8 hours with nothing to eat. Also, don't drink because drinking will make you feel starving. When I used to drink at work I always binged afterwards like I had no control and gained weight.
