There's good information here on this forum if you choose to read it.
OP, again, you're asking very vague questions for situations that very from person to person. How much to support one person? Well, one person can live on $500/month while another person needs $4000/month. It depends on where you live, what kind of bills you have, etc.
If you've already been camming for a year and you're STILL only making $80/wk, then no you're not going going to be able to support yourself if you need $4000/month. If you only need $500/month, then step it up and you'll be fine.
If you're only making $80/wk and you REALLY have been camming for a year then something is seriously wrong. You're on a BAD site, your camera/internet/computer is bad, you're not logging on for enough hours, you're not "working it", or something. Not trying to be a jerk, but you're asking about regs and by a year into camming, if you're on a decent site working a decent number of hours, then you should already have regs and have a good idea of what you need to do and how much you can make.
And no, you can't count on steady income with this job. You can count on it being reasonably consistent if YOU are reasonably consistent, but there are no guarantees. You need to make your goal higher than what you need to survive. If you need $1000/month, then your goal needs to be $2000/month because you need to put away money for taxes and save for those weeks when you can't make goal. Just my opinion....
But I think we're missing a HUGE part of OP's story here. When I was camming for a year, there's no way I'd need to ask other people for this info. So, I think we're not getting the whole picture.
