You will get no showsa and time wasters no matter what your main method of contact is. I post my number in my ads and I don't really see and increase in anything it is just how business runs. I think it does help having the number posted for search engine traffic.

I decided not to post mine. I hate talking on the phone and so I think it might hinder me rather than help, and I also want to be able to take the time to screen a guy, look at the way he presented himself, and check my schedule etc, before I talk to someone. Also, I think guys are less likely to sit and type a pervy/time-wasting email that will get no response, than just pick up the phone and dial a number because they know a hot chick will be picking up and speaking to them in person. I have initial contact on ads/website by email only, but after a person has been screened and an appointment booked, he can have my work number for any last-minute changes, or to book appointments faster in the future now that I know who he is.

I've noticed on the blacklist boards, most of the alerts posted come from ladies that list their contact number.
Being email only eliminates/deters a lot of douchebags from fucking with ya. I've gotten one or two idiotic emails but
the rest have been lovely. I've had so far one bad experience and that's one in 2 years. Can't beat that.

I don't post mine. I clearly state on my website that I will give out my private number (separate phone and everything) once they have been verified, and I only use it or turn my phone on to confirm the day of the appointment.

You really just have to do what works for you. Being "email first" and it didn't work for me; I have a sensitive b.s. meter and screen my calls.

In my opinion, it's better to list a #. Just because so many people have a phone specifically to look up a girl they like and calling right away. Not everyone is comfortable having records such as e-mails.

How do you ladies answer the phone all day every day and still live a somewhat normal life then? lol.
That is my problem. I can't sit by the phone and answer each and every call. As you all know, the calls are so unpredictable. Emails
work perfectly for me.

With the invention of cell phones, its not so bad (smile). Also, I make it clear that I only accept phone calls during certain hours. The phone freaks call late at night when I'm not available to talk.
I keep my phone out of certain ads, but have it listed on my site.

lots of older guys prefer phone - I refuse to book on the phone, but I'll entertain them for a second - usually just refer them to my site or TER or whatever if it's clear they're just being lazybut having a number does allow those few guys who are freaked about verification over email get over that initial hump
no huge or small change in business, it's a matter of preference more than anything
HOWEVER if you only operate by phone and not email, I'd say you're setting yourself up to look more like a backpage girl than anything else. You can always start with a phone and remove it if you like! If you can have a good attitude every time you pickup and have a sexy voice, it could totally work in your favor!
So if you want to be with me
With these things there’s no telling
We just have to wait and see
But I’d rather be working for a paycheck
Than waiting to win the lottery
Besides maybe this time is different
I mean I really think you like me

I post my email and phone number. A time waster is going to waste your time regardless. When I get a time waster I save their number as an ignore or their email so that way I don't have to mess with them again. I think most clients would prefer to contact you by phone though, most of mine do. I hate talking on the phone too but I also love money and the more ways someone can reach me, the more money I make.

The generations these days are more into computer so it's just as easy to email than call. I usually provide an e-mail but make a point that a number will follow once first contact via email is made if serious responses.
