Hello! So- I have been doing 'Paleo' (the Paleo Solution version...) for about 6 weeks now with about 90% fidelity to the program. I do take Sundays 'off' to have dinner with my family and whatnot and I still do artificially sweetened gum and sometimes powdered drink mix with the artificial sweeteners in it. Anyway I know paleo isn't strictly a weight loss diet so I have been counting calories as well and have been consistently within 100 calories up or down of 1200 a day. Exercising a minimum 0f 5 days a week doing Jazzercise (sounds ridiculous, but heart rate monitor says its burning calories like crazy lol), or running, or power yoga. Anyway long story short I feel better especially when I work out but I don't look any different, and I've lost MAYBE 5lbs over the course of a month and a half. Is it time to throw in the towel and try something different or is that Sunday off really killing me?
