Not sure if it is just my account but I received an email from PAYONEER today regarding private loads. but I use this for my indy clients and have not been able to receive loads from them in two days now. I am uncertain if this is just with my account, or an issue with everyones accounts but this is the email:

Subject: Important Notice Regarding Private Payments From: Payoneer
Please be aware that due to service issues, the private payment service will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of this service, and will notify you once the service becomes available.
Note: Your card will remain fully operational throughout this time. These service issues apply only to private payments, and will not affect payouts received from any Payoneer partner.
Payday is coming and this is making me nervous about a similar epassporte scenario. If I do not hear anything abot the status of private payments by the end of the night (gave it 24 hours) I am changing all of my methods back to check. Just a warning to everyone. It seems alot of us were too late with epassporte and could not access our funds for a long time. I just hope I can change my payment method in time so my funds are not in LIMBO and I really hope I am just preparing for the worst/hoping for the best and that this will be resolved...soon!
I sent an email to payoneer, hopefully I will hear back from them soon.
