Hi, everybody!
I have been webcaming and reading this forum for a while - have got lot of useful information here.
Maybe somebody can help me with advice.
I want to make my own website ( I have already made it and need to launch) and I'm really confused what information I need to put there so it's legally OK.
Do I need to put 18 U.S.C 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement if I am located in Europe?
If yes - do I really need to put my full name and address there (what I don't want) maybe I can write just my email address or there is some way around?
On some sites I have seen name of owners published - is it a must or I can miss that part?
Does it matters where website is hosted physically EU, USA or somewhere else (about taxes and content which is legal in Europe but not in US) ?
What hosting company and payment processor would you advice?
What service would you advice if I I want to hide my WHOIS information?
