I did the pseudo fatkins thing and I'm dropping poundage but it sucks dude....like really sucks![]()

When I was super thin, all I had most days was a large salad and a smoothie. Once a week or so I'd have a baked good. That was um, before I discovered the deliciousness that is food though. As for exercise, the only thing that ever helped me lose weight was eat few calories and cardio. Everything else just toned me. I personally like Piloxing, but its mostly toning. Don't do that with new boobies though. Try Zumba maybe? And stretches (lower body).





Any low-impact exercise is good. Maybe try a cardio at-home DVD or something like this:

If you're in the clear I'd suggest jogging - any type of cardio. Even run in one spot if you need to, it'll still help and you'll have the tv infront of you
Try "step", its a steping stool in a way, this helped me tone my legs and hips so well. It gets very repeative but if you're into that, its worth it. Do it for 45 mins and you'll be so tired but its a simple but worthy tool. Try many of the basic cardios you hear of, zumba, p90x cardio, beach body etc. All you need is cardio mainly and then tone up the lower body with squats, leg kicks side and front, and movements such as air bike (lie down on the floot and move your legs as on a bike).





I pretty much cut out all refined flours and carbs. (ex instead of flour tortillas I substitute whole grain corn ones) its tough let me tell you.

I think P90x would be a very bad. A goodly amount of the workouts include a lot of push ups and pull ups. I think her BA is still a bit too new for that. If you are going the home DVD route I might suggest Slim in 6 or Kim Kardashians Fit into your Jeans by Friday. Both of these focus more on lower body toning and cardio. You can find both of these on Pirate bay along with almost every other beach body series in case you want to preview them before you buy ( no need to spend the big bucks if you can't do 80% of the exercises ). Other than that, if you have the space and transportation, you might check out craigslist for cardio equipment. I got my elliptical machine as a curb alert and it has worked like a dream.


I would also suggest step aerobics if it is not too jarring. That will burn calories and tone you up like no ones business. There are tons of youtube vids out there too so you can take a peak and see if that is agreeable with your BA.
