I would leave a note on her car or door saying its your spot and you don't want to be forced to call towing since you pay for it or she can pay you or the landlord personally $200 and then she can park there. If she keeps parking there, call towing. If towing won't do anything, park directly behind her and block her in with a note on top of her car saying to come to your door and then have a direct chat with her. Also, alert the landlord and if she keeps doing it, request a rent reduction since you don't get the parking spot you were promised (then the landlord should do something... also try to get a copy of your lease where it says that for backup proof).
When she sees you aren't home by like 10pm, she probably assumes you're gone for the night, so I don't think she's going to stop unless you force her to stop.

You should not have to contact another tenant at all.
Why isn't the landlord handling this?
Contact the landlord. Tell them what has happened. Figure out whether the landlord assigned them a parking spot, if so, let them know you had that certain spot first and to ask the landlord to infrom the neighbor of that infomation and not to park there.
Dont have any contact with the tetant or it may get ugly, this is the landlords jobs.
Ditto on contacting the landlord, and if he isn't quick about things, call a towing company. Maybe the landlord should put signs up in front of all the parking spots, showing which apartment each spot is for. Then in the future getting a towing company should be easy as pie.
Your landlord should assign all the parking spaces, and then give you the number of a towing company and the right to tow anyone who parks in your spot. That's what my apartment complex did when I moved in.

Have the junk cars towed awayor call the city and complain about the junk cars.

I had a similar situation at my last place...it was a 4-plex with 4 assigned parking spaces, one for each apartment. A new neighbor moved in, and one night I came home late, around 3am, and dang near rear ended thier car in my spot because I wasnt expecting anyone to be parked there. Im usually a really nice and reasonable person, but I was exhausted and annoyed, and so I left my car running, turned on the brights (their bedroom was facing the street) and went and knocked, then banged on their door. There was no answer, so I had to go find parking. I guess they got the message though...never had an issue with a car in my space after that.
Now, I would definitely contact the landlord about those two broken down cars. Thats just annoying and an eyesore (I contacted mine about shopping carts sitting outside of my apartment...Im not down with that ghetto stuff...and they came by to remove the carts and have a talk with the other 3 apts to make sure it woudlnt happen again.) Also, on the side of my building was a tow sign....if I were in a really bad mood, I would just call the tow company and tell them to take the cars away. But first Id talk to the landlord. Also let them know that youd like them to get in touch with the other tenants to remind them that the parking spaces are assigned.
And yeah, if that doesnt work...turn on your brights and knock on their door at o'dark thirty when you get home. Worked for me!![]()
Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink!

the landlord should be fixing this, otherwise Id want a rent reduction
Theres no sense crying over every mistake,
you just keep on trying till you run out of cake
Yes, go through the appropriate channels to start. You don't want things getting more hairy than they have to be.

First port of call, like others have said, go through the landlord. It is his job to sort it out, if you specified you needed parking before moving in then you have a verbal agreement to access to a space. If it is in you rent agreement that you are entitled to parking then even better.
The landlord also needs to have the broken down cars removed, call the council if he doesnt, have them towed.
If the neighbour continues to be a douche.....let their tyres down when you get back from work at 4am hehehe JUST KIDDING!!
''I love fake boobs''
''They're not fake! I grew them myself!''

I'd just call a tow truck.
