Default What's a good tip to request on 1/2 room?

So, I've managed to figure out a way to word that I require a tip upfront. Now, however, I want to know what you all would recommend a good tip would be. I realize that it depends on the nature of the club/location, so I've provided some info:

Average dance prices in state: $20-$30 (specific club is 2 for $40, but songs are only about 2.5 min)

Cheapest room price: DAY ($150/half hour) NIGHT ($300/half hour)

Rooms go up to around $2000/hour in club

It's not a "gown" club, but it's considered one of the "upscale" ones in the state

Allowed in room: grinding and touching of breasts; thong can come off if dancer is on elevated area; rooms are topless

Type of room: every room is separate - unlike some places, where you just get cubicles within one big room. Each room has a television, two types of sitting areas (couch, futon, bed, gigantic bean bag, etc), lights and volume are adjustable

I take it the cut you get from the room doesn't make it overly worthwhile for you, so think about what amount you would be satisfied with and there's your tip.

During the day, we get $75 (out of that $150), which def doesn't make it worthwhile to me, bc lapdances are 2 for $40...by giving 3 sets (and they have to buy them in 2s), I've made $96 (after club's cut's taken out).

So, it's $75 for 30 min. Or $96 for $15. Based off of this, 30 min should be a min. of $192 for me.

$192-$75 (cut we get from room) = $117. To make it easier...$120...so mt ideal tip would be $120 during the day.

Using the same approach for night time, my ideal tip would be $42.

Do these seem reasonable? I do think that you should stand by what you think you product is worth, but at the same time, you have to be realistic. For instance, I doubt I could go around, successfully selling 2 for $100 dances in my 2 for $40 club.

During the day, I say to hell with VIP and just sell dances because the VIP clearly isn't worth your while and you'd be asking the customer to pay almost twice as much to make it so. If you can even get a few tips here and there after each lap dance/set, you're even more better off avoiding VIP.

For night time, maybe tell the customer that most gentlemen tip between 40-50$ and let him decide from there? $40 is close enough and $50 is even better, but anything in between is still great that way.
