    Default Silicone overs?

I've been putting off buying boobs for so long, and I think I've reached a happy medium - I like the idea of silicone overs. I'm a tuberous B cup at the moment and am hoping 500ccs/mod will take me (5'9) to a D.

As far as I've read sil overs help correct a lot of unshapeliness, but I'm not sure if I have enough tissue or that it would even feel all that good. Could anyone give any insight? Should I just do unders?

    Thanks!

I'm not sure about overs but I have had 2 BA's. BOTH Sub-Unders. 8 years ago I started out with a 32 A cup and had 330 cc's of saline implants put in bringing me to a full C. I just had my second BA on Tuesday due to rippling. I replaced them with 460 cc's of Natrelle Round full high profile's. If I knew what I knew now, I would have went with Silicone the first time. I LOVE THEM! And I'm only 4 days PO. =) No bruising, incision is under fold (bottom) of breasts. Swelling has already went down. I am now a "D". I am 30 years old, 5'4 and 114lbs. Which to my surprise and liking...lol My measurements hasn't changed from 8 years ago except for I was 3 lbs bigger 8 years ago! And I have had 3 kiddos. The only thing that is different to me is that if your used to saline implants, silicone weighs more. Everytime I sit up I feel like they are going to fall right off my body. lol But they say that is normal. Everyone is different though. Do plenty of research, but you will get the most out of finding a great PS you cant trust that is board certified and he will certainly help you with every question you have under the sun =P

Really the short answer is to go see a doc. Implants overs or unders can use up lots of extra tissue, but a doctor will be able to give you more detail for your body. 500ccs should take you up to a D range though, and i'm fairly sure someone as tall as you should be able to get 500s in.
It also depends on what kind of look you want. Overs can give more of the fake look. Unders tend to look a bit more natural, and are better supported.
I don't see any big holes in your plan/logic

Like said in the beginning, go see a doc.
or better go see two or three. Never settle with just one consult with one doc.

    Now that's thinking green!

I would try and find a doc that specialises in tuberous breasts... in general implants just make what you have bigger so you might wanna see someone who is not the "one surgery fits all" type and can get the results you want.

Good luck and a speedy recovery. I went with unders personally because I have 650's and I was paranoid about bottoming out. Only your PS can tell you what's best for you.

I agree with see a doctor. Actually, see a few doctors, get consultations and see what they all say.
There are many factors that go into over or unders, and how many cc's...

I know that I have to get unders, because I dont have any fat in my breasts at all..it doesnt matter how much weight I gain or lose, they stay exactly the same and theres nothing to them really. If I get my implants over the muscle, there will be nothing between the implant and my skin, and it will look and feel horrible.

With the cc's, there are so many different measurements to your body shape that play a part in how much to say how big you will end up.
Definitely get some consultations and take it from there...the only way anyone is going to know is by physically examining your body and your needs.
