So I have been using OKpay for my indie work for a while now.. and other than the 30 day new customer hold and the fees.. I really like it. I was browsing through the forum and saw another PP thread.. I was going to add in OKPay but I came across this new site and it seems worth looking at although it's in beta. I don't know if this is associated with OKPay- but I think it is (that's how I came across it).

It seems to be a type of 'virtual currency' - possibly like Second Life's Linden dollar?
Now, the first thing that turned me on was no charge backs. From their wiki: Bitcoin utilises public-key cryptography. A coin contains the owner's public key. When a coin is transferred from user A to user B, A adds B’s public key to the coin, and the coin is signed using A's private key. B now owns the coin and can transfer it further. A is prevented from transferring the already spent coin to other users because a public list of all previous transactions is collectively maintained by the network. Before each transaction the coin’s validity will be checked.
Another thing is that the payments are pretty much 'instant' and transferred within 10 minutes.
The rest of it is somewhat confusing like needing to download open-source software client and such.. I haven't quite grabbed the whole concept yet, still reading through their wiki. I see no TOS anywhere about adult transactions.. and I know OKPay is good with adult.. so I'm hoping the same is with this.
Just wanted to see what every one else thought about it![]()
