If she stays past the 90 days, she would be considered "out of status" and when she departed the US at the airport, the I-94 card that was put in her passport at Customs (basically a card with an entry number that says when she entered and when she's due to leave) would be out of date and when they took it out, they'd put a ban on her returning. I'm not sure if the length of the ban goes up depending on how far over the 90 days a person is, but even one day "out of status" is still considered being in the US illegally. It's common practice for customs to require proof of a return flight booked for within the 90 days. The only exemption to flying into the US with a one-way flight/more than 90-days-ahead flight is to have a student visa or some other kind of proof you've got permission to stay longer than a tourist should need to.
OP, I'd definitely be wary of anyone who says they'll fly you abroad and set you up in a club etc. If you do decide to come over here to dance, there's plenty information on here and girls who can give you advice on their clubs, without you needing to be indebted to someone you've never met.
