    Default How to GAIN 10-15lbs ??

    Ok, so I'm 5'5 1/2 and 115lbs. I've had 3 kiddos and I'm 31 years old. For 6 months last year, I drank "mega gainer" 3-4 times per week in a blender with 2 cups of vanilla icecream, 20oz's of milk, 2 bananas & 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter. When I started I weighed around 98-100lbs. After 6 months of drinking that including increasing my cal intake I finally went up to 128lbs. Which I LOVED. But after drinking it soooo long, and it's really hard to digest, I gave up..and because I was happy where I was. For some reason I thought it wold stick. But of corse, about 2 months after quitting drinking it, I started losing again now I'm at 115.. I have a very high metabolism, so its very hard for me to keep on "in my eyes" healthy weight. I don't want to be 100 lbs. Thats too thin to me. For my build, 128 was a healthy weight. Even a little more would have been ok. But anything less is just too thin to me.

    Do you ladies have any idea on how I can gain weight without having ingest all those shakes? I'm the type that can eat and eat and eat...BUT, I'm not into sweets, chocolate, or anything like that. I could go months before eating sweets and thats usually only when it's that time of the month. I would rather have grilled verses fried. Just becuase that is my taste preference. I LOVE salads, and even when My Hubby & I go to Subway I get a cold cut trio "salad' verses a sandwich..

    Yes, I know, that if I would eat more towards breads and sweets I would prolly gain more, but if I don't like it, I just don't. So I know I have healthy eating habits & thats probably the reason why I'm not gaining, But I would really like to gain at the least 10 lbs. And I also know there are more ppl out there trying to LOSE than GAIN, but please help out if you can. Everyone has their own view of what they want to be or whats acceptable. And being at a healthy weight is what I want. =0) Thanks in advance!!!

    have you done a parasite cleanse since you could have some tapeworms that are taking your nutrients?

    I recommend humaworm.com although you could also find some black walnut tincture on amazon or elsewhere.
    If you look on humaworm, they tell you what's in their pills so you can research for yourself and see if you want
    to buy certain ingredients yourself, though I highly recommend them.

    ^could also be that.

    I do recall though two things: apple cider vinegar and unrefined coconut oil (also known as expeller pressed) seem to help people both gain and lose weight.

    If I remember it correctly, if you take apple cider vinegar before you eat, it helps you lose weight, whereas those who took it after they ate found that it actually had them gaining weight. I have no clue why this would be, and only saw one or two people mention it so it's not like there's a huge amount of anecdotal strength on that.

    Coconut oil is also very healthy, since you do need fat in your diet. It also is anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and viral. It's one of those golden duct tape items that's really good to have around the house. Look up supplementing with that.

    I still recommend humaworm, but if you do have tapeworms (and my boyfriend actually this time around passed a lot of tapeworm bits in one bowel movement and I keep waiting for him to tell me he's passed more lately but thus far, no luck...hmmmm, but maybe it's because I haven't forced him to eat more pumpkin seeds while taking his humaworm....*lightbulb*) you can get some raw pumpkin seeds and grind them up in a coffee grinder and add to smoothies or else just chew them really fine. The stuff in the seeds supposedly paralyzes tapeworms for a short time, and make it harder for them to hang on so if you have a really fiber-rich diet, this might help push some of those suckers out.

    You seem to have a really healthy diet, so even if this doesn't solve your issue, it should contribute to your health in other ways.
