Good morning ladies!
I'm trying to increase my hours on cam so I've decided to add an additional shift at night, but I'm crazy exhausted and I need to figure out asleep schedule that will give me the energy to keep this up indefinitely.
Right now I work on SM from 9am until around 1 or 2pm. Then I usually go to the gym or work out at home, run any errands I need to that day, and then try to write for a few hours (writing is my side gig even though it's not paying much right now).
Last night I did all that and then hopped on another site from 7pm-9:30pm. By the time I was done cleaning up, winding down, then making and eating dinner I didn't get to bed until midnight. I wake up at 7am so it seems like that should be enough sleep, but between two cam shifts, a 5 mile run, and hours of reserch for my writing I am pooped!
So my question to all you ladies who split your shifts up is: how do you manage your sleep schedule so you have the energy? Do you take naps in between shifts, or does your body just adjust to it after a while? I recently increased my exercise routine dramatically so that could be contributing to why I'm so tired. I dunno. While yesterday was very productive I felt like I had no "me" time. I want to keep up camming for two shifts/day but I need to make some adjustments to my schedule. Advice?
Oh, and I don't want to change my morning shift on SM because all of my regs are online at that time and know I am too. My evening shift is on xpeeps, I am brand new to that site so I don't really have a schedule yet; I'm willing to experiment with my hours on there. Thanks!
