For the clear shoes, put band aids on, then wear socks/leg warmers/thigh highs/stocking etc to cover the band aids.

Ive never worked in a club that had a spinning pole, so im not sure how to help there, i thought hands just developed a thicker skin like the rest of the body when regularly faced with pole dance activities.
For the muscles; nice long hot bath/shower, maybe take a couple of ibuprofen before work to stop the aching. Maybe rub on deep heat when you get in from work. Arnica cream for bruises. I always ache after a night at work what with the pole, the actual dancing, the walking round tryna stick my booty out and suck my stomach in, combined with some of the unnatural poses, its a killer!

There are these really awesome bandaids I love, made for blisters, they are clear and really really thick so it wont rub your skin between shoes more. They are bandaids specific for shoe blisters, try and find them. Try taking a hot shower/bath for the soreness and massage your muscles, then stretch after you get out, it helps.

I remember my first night dancing, by the end of it I had to have the bartender help me off the stage because my legs were so weak ! I didn't work till the next weekend but I was sore for several days. Taking baths helped me so much in the beginning, add some epsom salt to make it even better. Take ibuprofen, wear those tiger heat patch underneath socks or thigh highs. And dont forget to take it slow ! Good luck and I hope you feel better !
