Did you read the article? Or did you come to your own judgement by looking at the headline.
"But you might expect other indicators of health would have suffered. Not so.
Haub's "bad" cholesterol, or LDL, dropped 20 percent and his "good" cholesterol, or HDL, increased by 20 percent. He reduced the level of triglycerides, which are a form of fat, by 39 percent.
"That's where the head scratching comes," Haub said. "What does that mean? Does that mean I'm healthier? Or does it mean how we define health from a biology standpoint, that we're missing something?"
I am not willing to logically debate with you on this topic any further since I have nothing to prove to you. It is obvious that you have made your mind up about it.
Please...the calories are not good calories, even if you replace, you can't debate because its false![]()
I suggest you read this thread. It would explain you why as a webcam model I would be hesitant to post pictures.

I am not sure if you realize this, but the human experience covers a vast range of experiences. Therefore not every person's experiences will parallel your own.
What exactly are we debating here?
My point is that you don't need to eat 'clean' and exercise to lose weight -- which is the OP original question.
What is your point again?
You don't need to see the pictures of how I've lost 30 pounds because my diet says it all? What diet is 'my diet'?
Irrelevant to the original debate.
What is relevant:
1. I never specifically ever stated what I ate in my daily diet. You are currently making assumptions.
2. I have stated that you don't need to exercise and eat clean 100% of the time
3. I stated that I don't support the Twinkie Diet. I posted the link to show that it has been scientifically proven that you don't need to eat healthy and exercise to lose weight.
4. We are not debating the semantics of whether the Twinkie Diet is healthy.

With respect , it's super obvious to you because you have a brain to use for it . What's obvious to someone , isn't obvious to another , and you would be surprised how many people consider 'fat free' ( but high sugar ) foods a healthy alternative . The food industry is very sneaky , and that combined with the unhealthy unbringing of a lot of people , makes the choices you find obvious, not so obvious for many . If you've always been lead to believe something is good for you ( parents fault ) , then it takes someone to tell you otherwise before you learn ...... I think that should be 'It's super obvious for ME to know what foods are healthy and which aren't ' .
Crash diets aren't healthy , but nor is being super fat . Gastric by passes and bands are ridiculously unhealthy ( risk!!!! ) , yet our national health service is providing them to stop people dying from what's basically over eating .... I often wondered if it wouldn't be cheaper and safer , with permission, to lock all the fat people who want gastric bands in a room together with only the calories a band would let them eat provided daily , maybe it wouldn't work and there would just be one VERY VERY fat person left in the roomtsk tsk Missy !

What works for one person won't work for another. We're all wired differently. -_-

SHYWEBGIRL Please answer the question if you want to debate me...A CALORIE IS NOT A EQUAL CALORIE IN HEALTH. The diet you produced will hurt people that are predetermined for genetic problems like diabetes, heart disease...so your diet is a UNHEALTHY WAY TO GO
If I don't eat at all I will lose weight...who wants my diet?
Add candy to my diet..who wants?
It is more than obvious that you don't want to debate at all. Isn't trolling actually against the site rules? You have not once clarified with me what MY diet actually is. You just keep making assumptions about what I eat daily in order to stroke your own ego.
Your diet which I read said...eats vegs in front of family, then unwraps diet...candy?
I will report to Jessie & see waht she says...out
The Mod of this section since you think I'm trolling...

I think he's just passionate about a healthy method to lose weight over an unhealthy quick fix which can have disasterous affects on ones health . However the OP did state she didn't want 'eat healthy and work for it ' diet , so everyone breath ! We're all adults , and if someone wants to sacrifice some health for some skinnyness - who are we to judge . OP start smoking lol( jokes ! )
