You should google intermittent fasting. It's the newest theory on weight loss..... It's all based on eating one huge, calorie/protein heavy meal per day, or every other day. One super ripped guy has a blog about it, where he breaks down the exact science, how your body uses calories, and how many are burned whilst digesting food, and how your insulin levels really don't swing up and down, it's a misconception. Very interesting stuff.....

. I have a blender that looks to be about 15 years old but still worked great the other night when I put in a potato and some asparagus to make cream of asparagus soup. Its a bitch to clean though.
