Default protecting against free radicals in club

OMG I have been working 3 weeks now and I have noticed a few effects on the body. The smoke, etc is reiking havoc on my skin, hair, nails, lungs etc.

I am a smoker and I am truly NOT smoking as much due to this...I am hacking up a lung every night. OMG

I want to find a few products that will help protect my skin/hair and insides from damage.

I need: Good daytime moisturizer and nighttime antiaging moisturizer to apply before and after work that does not contain parabens, silicones, and is green. When I get home I usually remove makeup with evoo, wash with baking soda, tone with ACV and then re moisturize if necessary with evoo. I will sometimes use lemon juice instead of acv. I really want to begin incorporating an anti-aging product at night because sometimes this natural routine is very time consuming.

A product/home remedy that will protect my hair from club grossness that is silicone free. I do not like to wash my hair every night as it is too damaging I usually brush it out well, use a lil baby powder or cornstarch to refresh, I know it is kinda gross so there must be a spray out there that does not contain silicones.

I am having alot of throat problems, wheezing etc. I heard OIL PULLING with castor or evoo can help pull the crap out of your lungs. Anyone ever try this? I have always had chronic phlem and it has only gotten worse

I am just trying to protect myself, I have taken good care of myself and do not show my age. I notice alot of girls who have been working in the clubs a while seem to have leathery skin, crows feet, etc and and look older then me. I am all about preservation lol.

That's great you use EVOO as a whole body moisturizer. I use a lot of natural oils as well for my hair and body, as I'm all about preservation, too!

To prevent damage on the outside, you have to treat yourself from the inside. It's best that you start developing good habits before you can see the damage.

    TANNING:
Don't purchase skin cancer and leathery skin. It isn't worth it, unless you're for sure tan increases your money/confidence. If you don't NEED it don't do it. If you must, do once a week sessions once you have your color developed, or spray tan. Spray tanning is a better option even though you're still applying chemicals to your body. Look for a salon that offers VersaSpa. It's better than Mystic and the color looks more natural. VS also comes with a full body heat dryer at the end of the session. I loved it!

    DIET:
Looking good and healthy is, of course, all about what you put into your body. Eat foods that contain a lot of anti-oxidants like dark leafy veggies, berries, and spices. Cinnamon is an anti-oxidant and now I find myself using that on toast and oatmeal. Think of food as fuel. Think of anti-oxidants as medicine to attack the free radicals that try to attach themselves to your healthy cells. When I started looking at "eating" in that manner, I found it easier to make better food choices, and I became more disciplined with myself in maintaining a healthier diet. My skin doesn't look dull anymore, my hair is in better condition, and I have a better sense of wellbeing.

Here is a list of the healthiest whole foods in the western part of the world.

    APPEARANCE:
My favorite skincare line is DermaE. Their ingredient list is understandable and 99% of their ingredients are free of harmful preservatives. Their cleansers don't contain SLS's. They have products for every type of skin condition- normal, oily, dry, anti-aging and problematic and aging.
I currently have the Vitamin A with E Wrinkle Treatment; Tea Tree and E Oil; and DMAE Alpha Lipoic C-Ester Serum. This stuff is AMAZING. I noticed a difference in the evenness of my skin tone one week into using this.
Other products I've used were their Vitamin A Glycolic Cleanser. This smelled great and left my skin nice and smooth. I also used their microdermabrasion scrub. It didn't irritate and it left my face smooth with a noticeable decrease in the problematic bumps I had.

As for the hair product without silicone, will you be applying this before work to prevent smoke from being absorbed into your strands?

    Feel free to PM me.

N-ACETyl-cysteine and oil pulling are yourbest bets for lung detoxing. You might research amino acids as different ones do different things and greens like chlorella and spirulina could also help.

Glutothionate if you have the money. Otherwise n-acetyl cysteine, cysteine, andwhatever the third amino is in glutothionate is.

Oil pulling is awesome for lungs.

And rebounding or jump rope for your lymphatic system a well as a ton of water.

Ecigarette to help limit your toxin levels since you're a smoker. There's a great ecig forum you can Google.
