Ugh, I hate when people (or the media) use that excuse. No, your problems are the result of mistrust, jealousy, and insecurity.
Umm...okay so we have a domestic dispute over what exactly? I think they started arguing over something that had nothing to do with dancers, but decided to place blame on them so that they didn't have to expose their sordid personal lives.
Eh, I wouldnt say its her mistrust/jealousy/insecurity, and definitely do not blame the strippers...
But I will say, he was a real jerk for not respecting her wishes not to be there.
Im sure too, there must be more to their relationship that it launched into a physical brawl...
I van imagine he said something to put her over the edge and she snapped.
Cause if things were okay with them, Im sure they could have worked it out to stay for the mud thing whatever lol and had a good time regardless of the strippers.
Or if she really felt uncomfortable, as her husband, he should have taken her home.

"Stripper is a term that usually refers to a woman who removes her clothes as part of a sensual or exotic dance, while a stripper pole is a pole used by a stripper in her routine. Strippers and stripper poles typically are found in gentlemen's clubs, also known as strip clubs..."

Is it really necessary to break this down for us? Are there people who are unaware of this information?

I thought that was funny tooBut yannow, some people hear stripper and think prostitute..so I guess they wanted to clarify what the ladies there were doing, so that the more conservative readers would not start imagining that this couple walked into some sort of hired orgy scene or something. Who knows

I read the story. So they went to a strip club together. After some dancers got on the stripper pole and probably when she saw her husband's "pole" get hard she wanted to leave. She told him this and he punched her in the face. Then the fight breaks out between the two of them.
Yeah I don't think a woman is insecure because she's not desiring her husband getting aroused by real live women, I think she probably should have sat the whole" sure let's go" out. I'm pretty sure if the reverse happened the guy wouldn't be so happy with his wife getting turned on by a few hot men. Now of course we know that strippers doesn't = sex for money but there are typically a few sex for money types in the club. Did she overhear a transaction about to take place? Who knows. In either case she didn't go attacking any strippers she just asked her husband to leave. Why he felt like knocking her in the eye is really a whole other level of abuse. It's probably best if she leave him all together for he'll probably be back in that club trying to buy some extras. Plus domestic dispute? Scratches vs Black Eye? I don't know I think he did the most damage to her emotional state and physical , all because he didn't want to miss the full pole dance? Sounds a tad over the top.
Also they were both hammered so typically a drunk mind speaks a sober thought. Time for a divorce.
LoL no, the very first line of the article says they went to a mud and party festival... At the event, were strippers dancing on poles mounted on buggies. Totally agree though that I woudnt call her insecure, but Id venture to guess, since they went to a festival and werent planning on watching strippers, she probably wasnt as amused as he was. The least he could have done was leave that part with her to check out other stuff at the festival...then again, hes the sort to sock his wife in the face, so I venture to guess hes not the reasonable type.

Erica Freeman ( The wife) said she argued about wanting to leave and her husband hit her and she hit him. Got it it's mud party. So no strip club. Got it.
He got excited with seeing strippers and she wasn't enjoying the show at that point. She want's to leave and he punches her in the face? Yeah he's not a reasonable type at all. lol
HEY WOW
Strippers and wife beating were correlated in this one particular incident, so strippers = wife beating
Nothing shocking in this article i see couples getting into arguments in our club all the time. Girlfriend thought she was a cool chick, gets 3 drinks in her, sees something way nastier than in the strip clubs in movies, wants to leave, guy says in 5 minutes... cue drama.

Having taken written Statements before. I am inclined to believe that what ever started the fight is either too stupid or too criminal to admit too. Therefore, blame the Strippers.

At the end of this article about two people abusing one another, I found it amusing to see a link: "Click to enter to win a pair of diamond earrings for Mother's Day."
The link doesn't seem to be working! : (
