Hey girls, this is the first time I've posted here. I usually just read through some of the posts occasionally, I'd like to start stripping soon but I want to get toned up first. I came across Tiffany Rothe on youtube and I figured some of yall might like her. She's got a bunch of 5-10 minute work outs that are actually fun and they don't look hard but the next day you definitely feel the burn. I like that they're short so I can an hour's worth if I want or just 1 or 2 if I don't have much time.
I've only been doing them for a week but along with going paleo I can definitely feel and see a difference already. The '10 minute booty shaking waist workout' is my favorite and I do the 'hot body warm up' every morning or before I do any of the other ones.
