Im 5'1'' and I have a very fast metabolism. Before, I can eat and eat and eat anything and everything I want and never gain a pound. When I eat regularly, I've always been at a consistent 92 lbs. with fluctuations to 94 lbs. around my cycle. When I'm going through a lot of stress, I lose my appetite and my digital scale reads 87 lbs. It's literally been a goal of mine...more like a dream, to reach 100 lbs.
Now that I'm in my mid 20's, I've noticed my metabolism starting to slow down. It's been about a week since I weighed myself. The last time it read 97lbs. Well, this morning my dream came true! My scale read 103! I consider this a major achievement, for I've been skinny all my life and I've always wanted to have curves in all the right places. All my weight seems to be going to my hips and ass and I've noticed my athletic build is starting to look more "hourglassy." So far, so good! I am taking maca so maybe this is helping?
My question is, for those who've gone through similar situations, did your body shape completely change when you gained weight? Like did you go from a ruler to a pear or hourglass?
