Any girls who work for Hooters... I'm considering getting a job there. What did you guys think of the uniforms? I'm wondering if the top is a body suit? How the heck do you keep the shirt tucked in? Is it a bodysuit?

Two sided tape
Holy crap. So I'd have to tape my shorts to my shirt every night?

Sometimes it is a One-sie. Put on the pantyhose, step into the shorts, pull the shorts up, the pull the straps up over the shoulders. Two sided tape keeps the boobies in.

I've never worked there, but I've heard it sucks.

I went for a job there when it opened in the UK lasy year. Genuinely looked like it was gonna suck, apart from the fact that they weighed and measured me (i assumed it was for the uniform, ie to see what size i'd need) oh no, they continually weigh and measure their girls so that they dont get too chunky, you cannot deviate more than a few lbs over your original "hired weight". A few girls i know did work there (i declined the job, it was minimum wage, the dancing about, constant cheerful forced attitude and the weigh-ins made me want to kill myself at the thought of it.) They said the harassment was awful, most customers are ok, but a LOT will make comments which you cant retort back to, there is ass-pinching, groping which goes unpunished. Any extra curricular wearing of the uniform (ie to and from work) can be cause for a warning. You HAVE to have your hair washed, styled and down (no pony tails etc) every shift. Make up *SHOULD* be worn to work, sloppiness of face, tan, hair or nails can be cause for warning or dismissal. So if you dont have a chance to get your nails done, you could be faced with being fired. The competition nights, ie bikini competitions are mandatory, any extra work, such as "meet and greets" to different teams or what have you were unpaid.
There were some good points, they did/do a lot of charity work and raise money for things. But the waitress turn over was very very high, they have lists (and pictures) of all the girls who apply waiting in the back, so as soon as one goes, they replace you, the job security was not good as far as i can tell. But yeah, i spose all i can remember was the negatives cause all i could think of was "Balls to this, i have NEVER been measured to be a stripper and i get naked, i could not be fucked with arsehole customers for minimum wage, at least in the club i could go have a glass of wine and smoke (smoking strictly forbidden in and around the reteraunt, NO smoking in the uniform, dont smoke prior to work in case your hair, body etc smells, covering with perfume will not be accepted.
