Sapphire is not busy tuesday through thursday. I used to work there and it was only busy on friday and saturday. Sorry to say. Maybe things have changed though, I don't know anymore. It has been 6 months since I worked there. The VIPs there are harder than other clubs to sell because Sapphire is so darn greedy so you have to buy two overpriced drinks just to do a 3 for 100 vip. If you are doing a half hour, its 200 for you and the customer has to buy 4 drinks, totaling 65 dollars ish. An hour at sapphire is 400 for you and the customer has to buy a bottle of wine or champagne, minimum $175. There are also private skyboxes there which is about 500 or 600 for you and the customer has to buy a bottle minimum 350 or so. I would not go to the skybox though unless you are with a group or unless you are comfortable with gropey guys who expect more because every time i went there alone, the customer was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too handsy and tried to get away with way too much.

I've made sometimes more on the weekdays at Sapphire than on the weekends when it's a circus believe it or not. When you are there earlt in the evening and there aren't a lot of gals there yet, custies are more likely to spend more money on just you because there aren't 200 girls there. When there are conventions in town weekdays can be great. Guys come in willing to spend, so even if there is only half the room full by 12, (it usually gets pretty full around 11 or 12 on one side), you can make money. For the 3 songs for 100 plus two drinks they have an option where it's 150 dollars to you if the custie doesn't want drinks. But the other V.I.Ps have drink requirements.I always terll then that they can bring their drinks back out with them after the dance just so that they know they don';t have to guzzle them in V.I.P

Now, when the weekends roll around and it is a circus,(it gets craaaazy), it can be great too.

Um, just FYI? Your information is SERIOUSLY outdated. Like ... badly. Really badly. I worked there just recently too (according to your "6 months", we should have been there together - I started a year ago and quit maybe 3 months ago) and I have NO idea what you're talking about. I also worked Tuesdays and Thursdays at night and I NEVER had a problem making good money. It was busy, it was fun, and there was plenty to go around.

Either way, RicaVegas - you are INSANE for trying to START your dancing career at Sapphire. That place is a viper pit. But hey - to each lovely lady her own. You should have gotten a packet when you were hired - make sure you go over your dance prices, and have them basically memorized.

You asked a couple very typical "newbie" questions - What is the average that girls make on a shift. This is ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. If YOU have a good hustle, YOU will make money. I have had friends who worked Sapphire "back in the good old days" and were making a couple thousand a night on average. I worked there for a couple months with a good friend who averaged about $100 a night because her hustle was crap. Your hustle dictates how much YOU make.

Also - you should have gotten a tour when you got hired, so you should know what the different VIPs look like. TO be perfectly honest with you - your VIP dances (in an ideal, clean world) should NOT be much different than what you do on the floor when it comes to contact. The major difference in VIP is a more "intimate" environment for the custie, and you need to intersperse your dancing with conversation and other time-wasters, to be honest. In an hour VIP, I dance for a total of about 20 minutes, spread out over the hour. I do a lot of cuddling, chatting, smoking, SIPPING my champagne, joking, and whatnot.
