http://myvega.com/products/vega-one-...tures-benefits -It's 123-141 calories/serving, depending on flavor, and has everything in it.
They also have a few other smoothies. I haven't tried any of the Shake & Go ones yet, but I can attest that the Smoothie Infusion is seriously delish.
SuperJa beat me to Vega
LOVE their powders, they helped me lose loads of weight. Gluten and dairy free, too!

Why don't you simply blend fruits with greens? Fills you up and is healthy for you.Unnatural substitutes can never replace whole foods.

What about a sugar free fiber supplement (20ish calories)? You could double dose for the filling effect, and add a multivitamin powder for extra vitamins and minerals. Talk'n maybe 40-50 calories. It probably wouldn't taste too good, but it's mostly fiber, so you'll probably be slamming it down pretty quick anyways.

I like to take high dose green tea supplements with mine and put brewers yeast & dandelion root in the smoothie. For nutrients, vanilla almond milk would work. If you want fiber, you can go to a health food store and find fiber pills or even the equivalent to laxatives (herbal). Maybe try buying one of those 30-day herbal detox kits and then adding the supplements into your smoothie each day or taking them while drinking the smoothie?
powdered eggs/white go well in smoothies, for extra protein and few calories. You don't even taste 'em. I know that's not quite what you're looking for, but just throwing that out there...

you could try adding oats and/or flax seeds for some different benefits. Low fat or no fat yogurt would add probiotics and different vitamins too

if you're looking to fill up and fruits and greens aren't going to do it, I second adding ground flax seeds for some fibers and extra health stuff. I think you could also potentially add bentonite clay but I would make that only during one smoothie, and not add any supplements as it would just suck up the benefits. But clay does help fill you up, as well as grab some of the gunk you might be detoxing.
also, while it supposedly ups a woman's chance of breast cancer by 30%, I just cannot deny myself all the juicy grapefruit I've been getting on clearance because there's so many of them.
Cool them in the fridge, and cut them up, and so delicious. I think they're around 100-160 calories a grapefruit and I think they really fill me up and curb cravings because they're so delicious.
Plus aside from whatever benefits are in them, plus the fiber, they're mostly water so that's good for you too. Not a smoothie idea (unless you're blending them) but a good meal replacement
(or at least it's been that for me.)
