I'm new to selling VIP's....the first club i worked at had no vip rooms, just lap dances and the new club i work at has VIP rooms. I have sold a few so far but honestly it was more like the customer insisted on getting a VIP, i didn't really make an effort to sell it. I've been reading all the threads on how to sell VIP and I now tell every customer about VIP but then i get this question: whats different or special about VIP? and usually i say something like "you get me all to yourself" "its more intimate and private" but honestly there is hardly any difference between a regular lap dance and the VIP. the dances are $30 for 4 minutes and the VIP starts at $600 for 30 min! its only semi-private and not very quiet or nice looking. you do get a bottle of champagne. Its hard for me to sell a room when i don't think it should be that much money. when i tell them the price they automatically ask me if i do anything besides give dances up there. i am not an extras girl so its hard for me to sell beyond that question. They say "so, VIP is basically the same as the booth dances?" ummm...yes its basically the same but costs wayyy more.
I am great at selling multiple dances but upselling to VIP sucks for me. im sure they can see it on my face that i don't think its worth the money. But I really want to sell more. Any ideas/suggestions?
