    Default handling anger toward custies

In a positive light, I've drastically increased my income since discovering this new "gimmick," and that's basically being a no-bullshit, brutally honest bitch to customers. I have a lot of customers who pay me to basically beat the shit out of them in the VIP, and that's great! Buuut...

It's spring break craziness here and I've been losing my temper in a serious way with customers who push me over the edge.

NOTE: management has had NO problem with me putting these fuckers in their place.

Most of the time, I end up just cussing out some douchebag for wasting my time. But in an extreme example, this guy tried to tip me multiple times with the same dollar, tried to steal my clothes off the stage, etc and was told multiple times to stop. So, I stomped on his hand with my stiletto. Oops....in a separate incident, I ended up putting a lit cigarette out on someone's arm.

Yes, I know it's bad. Yes, I can see consequences in the future. But it just feels so damn GOOD! Any suggestions for healthier ways to manage anger? Or should I just stick to being snarky and bitchy?

Dude. That is assault. So not cool. I'm amazed you haven't had consequences for that yet! Customers are rude assholes at times but two wrongs don't make a right.

Be snarky be bitchy, have bouncers talk to them, ignore them, walk away, make fun of them, but don't put your hands (or lit objects) on someone. No stomping, either.

    One cautionary tale: http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/ch...50-972765.html

And that is a law suit filed for an accidental injury. Heres a bloggers take on the matter: http://stripperetiquette.com/?tag=st...jures-customer

Another law suit... an unintentional injury again: http://www.usatoday.com/news/offbeat...ap-dance_N.htm

    Yet a third suit: http://www.lifeslittlemysteries.com/...pper-heel.html

Accidents are one thing but physically harming a person on purpose is unacceptable.

A healthier way to handle the situation is to rely on management/security/etc. If something is really outrageous (let's say a guy steals your money) you can file charges on him via the proper authorities.

In the club setting, keep things in perspective. Your "it just feels so damn GOOD!" attitude is based on instant gratification and a bit immature when you think about the big picture and the unfortunate ramifications that can result--- for you!

You are in the club to work. Altercations (verbal or otherwise) detract from the task at hand: making $$$$$. You're wasting your time, your breath, and opening yourself up to truly gnarly consequences if you engage with these morons.

Sorry if I'm being repetitive. I just hope that your anger doesn't harm your career. Is it possible to just block it out and say to yourself that "it's not worth it"?
